   The service was excellent and the ambiance was kid friendly. My family and I love it. The food portion was a decent size. The place can get pricey if you are a large family. But it’s worth it. My family and I will definitely go back.

   We showed up 30 minutes early and we were still able to be seated (we went on a Wednesday night) . The host and waiter were nice, the food came at a good time and was hot and steamy! The fries are so god and the Cajun shrimp pasta was bomb!

   Good food and OK game selection. Noise level was way too high even for our teens.

   Es muy deliciosa la comida y si estás acompañada con tus seres queridos tienes el lugar perfecto para hacer de ese espacio la mejor elección para disfrutar al máximo, !Todos!! Deliciosa comida, sano ambiente y entretenimiento divertido para chicos y grandes!! Te lo recomiendo Dave & Buster’s te está esperando!! No tardes.

   We came here for my son’s birthday. When making the reservation, I did state we were celebrating a birthday. The service was terrible. We ordered 2 appetizers at the same time, but only received one and after that received the second 15 min later. We ordered our food together and the kids meals came out 10 min later, but our food (which included the birthday boys food) took about 45 min after. My pasta seemed dried out and the fries on some of the meals were cold. The kids were antsy to go play. We never got refills. Our friend had to take his drinks to the bar to refill waters, which even that took time. Took forever to get our 1 to go box and check. We were there for 1 hr 45 min when we would’ve been in and out of there in less than an hour had everything gone as it should’ve. My son never got acknowledged that it was his birthday we were celebrating and by then, we were so over being there. We wanted to leave and have our server come find us in the arcade area because we were constantly looking for him. I felt like we were getting ripped off on the games. Overall terrible and IF we do come back, we’ll eat elsewhere and play in the arcade.

   Disappointment to find out that the five dollar appetizers bites were not available, but it was still a menu on the tables and a commercial that stated that the five dollar bites were available. I did not like it that the bathrooms are too far back. They should’ve been right at the elevator. Our waiter had input all of our orders and some of the orders were messed up or confused or we didn’t order it. One of the drinks had rock candy and it tastes like halls cough drops. Needs better order taking and some of the alcohol tasted like cough syrup. we were the only ones in the dining area and our orders were still getting messed up or confused. The food was amazing and the french fries they were the highlight. We love the garlic french fries and the game day grub plate.

   Our first time here and will honestly be our last. I’d rather drive all the way to Roseville to go to Dave & Buster’s. Service was HORRIBLE. Took our server almost 20 minutes just to get us our waters and take our order. She also looked like she didn’t want to be there and it showed too much. Food was decent but not worth the wait. Also the layout is a little weird and too open.

   Food was good. Service was ok there was a few issues with food and the waiter didn't come by much to check on us.
