We did not get greeted by a host or anyone until 20 mins after we arrived and still had to wait for another 15 mins for them to set up our table for our reservation. Staff was not attentive and was frequently chatting with other staff members. Food was cold and ice cream sundae was melted when it arrived. do not recommend.

Typically it’s good here but it took them over 15 Minutes to take our order. And then our waiter was kinda of attentive. Menu selection was ok

honestly the food wasn’t bad at all. i decided to come here because of the monday - thursday 50% off deal. i actually enjoyed a lot of the food, it was just the service that was so disappointing. it seemed like the workers were over worked and understaffed. this lead to our server not coming to our table often at all, i asked for a refill on my coffee and it took more than 20 minutes because i had to remind them as i was paying the bill, the plates came out dirty, food came out slow. once they gave me the wrong pasta order, another dish didn’t include mashed potatoes in my food, and my wings came out with less than what i confirmed with my server (she told me there would be 8 pieces in the bone in wings and only had 6) . overall it was a very displeasureable experience. i will not be coming back unless im craving the cajun shrimp pasta or the lemon pepper wings ( which were so good ).

Not sure what the problem was today at D&B. We got there around noon. Host sat us down. We waited 30minutes for the waitress but got no service. The waitress walked by us a couple of times and ignored us. A customer sitting across the isle said they ordered food but had been waiting for an hour for the food. That was our que to get out of there. Honestly I was more shocked than angry at how terrible the service was at this place.

We were seated and we were waiting at the table for about 40 minutes and no one even acknowledged our presence or came to take our orders or even give the menu or water. It was like we were just invisible!

Food was pretty basic from the freezer and heated. Lots of games to pick from. Great place to relax and enjoy some free time. Not vegan friendly for food choices.

Came on a wednesday night for a gradutation party. It was pretty busy but the staf was very accomidating. Everything was also 50% off food. so that was a plus.

I made reservations for the table need and I put on the reservations it was for a GRADUATION. Once we arrived they saw the kids with us as it was a kids graduation, then proceeded to want to sit us at the bar area (literally right next to the bar on the highchairs). We asked to be moved because I did not feel comfortable as it was already late and more adults were coming in to drink, they didn’t want to move us until another mother from our party asked to speak to the manager. A few minutes later, I received a text letting me know that my table is ready, mind you I had already checked in with my waitress and the host that I was there, I go to the host and she lets me know that because I was not directly at the host stand waiting they gave my table away! Why would I even have to make a reservation then??? if you acknowledge, I am there for my reservation and the time and I even respond that I’m on my way to go get my table through automated text message that I received from David and busters…. Why would you give my table away? Now we have to wait longer and the kids in my party group are hungry so I have to go place an appetizers order in the gaming area. Then we finally get sat and the server took 20 minutes to even take our drink order, another 25 to take our food order and only saw her once after that. We would literally have to flag her down and hope she didn’t ignore us. We asked another server for a cup of water to which we were rudely brushed off and told that’s our servers job and she would look for her…. Honestly the worst experience I’ve had there. Won’t be back for any future events again which sucks because my kids love this place!
