This is the second visit in a row our family was disappointed in our meals. Today was in my opinion the worst yet. I ordered my rib eye steak plain no seasoning or topping and also no mash and just fries. My steak came out with a large ball of butter on top of it dripping all over full steak and mash potatoes. I had to take paper towels and pat down the steak with them after scraping as much off with my knife. Plus steak was very tough. My husbands steak was ordered at medium rare and came out cooked as leather. It was horrible. He said his mash potatoes had an after taste that he couldn’t eat them either and they forgot his vegetable. We didn’t have time to reorder as we needed to be out of there due to the weather. Two others had chicken fingers and they were so dried out it was hard to eat. I even tried one to see. It was bad. Also, it was a family members anniversary and I asked if they can do anything. Maybe a scoop of ice cream with a candle. I was told no that they don’t do anything. One thing though was the appetizer was good. The manager came over and he said he would give us a little off our check of over $160. I told him no. We want one meal comped which was not unreasonable as four out of six meals were bad. I think we will go to Applebee’s from now on.

It was our first time there. We had nachos a few burgers and chicken tenders. My husband order a beer to go with dinner it took them over 40 min to get a bottle of beer. We did ask for a manager one manager brushed it off and said it’s Saturday and is busy at the bar. The other manager was honest and they had technical issues and they never got the beer order. Needless to say we told the manager we were not happy and he did give us money off our bill. Food was not all that great nothing to say I want to go back again.

Food was great and server was friendly, noise level was high but parties going on every where. My biggest let down was that we used open table to reserve table and manager said that we still had to go on wait list for table, which made no sense, and 3 other families went in before us. Manager was rude when we questioned why and then called us rude for asking,

If some areas could get zero stars I would. Co.llete disaster. An hour to get some kids meals out, never got all the meals, everything came at once despite very clear instructions to please get kids food out first because beyond taking 15 minutes after being seated (for a reservation not walk in) and even then it was because I flagged someone down, it was 20+ by the time we could order. Absolute disaster. DO NOT EAT HERE.

Pretzel sticks were very good, entree service took awhile but the perfect amount of time to play games while waiting. We were able to bring in a cake for a birthday dinner which was nice. Overall everyone had fun and it was a good friends and family experience.
