We decided to give D&B another try for diner after a poor visit 7 years ago. The 50% off is what enticed us. I made reservations for 5:30. We arrived at 5:25 and didn’t know where to go…the food “hostess” stand was empty and looked like it hasn’t been in use for years. So we got in the counter line (what I was trying to avoid by reservations). We wait behind 4 families who are just getting play cards. Finally we get to the counter and are seated. We waited 15 minutes before ANYONE even approached us. We ordered drinks and waited another 15 minutes for her to return and take the order. She forgot her tablet so had to take our order on her notes app on her phone. I was concerned as my son has food allergies (peanut, tree nut, fish), but she seemed to understand (until she asked if he wanted a Caesar salad which I explained no, because of anchovies). Then she was gone and didn’t return for another 30 minutes. We’ve now been there an hour. We watched employees walking around, the Host sitting on the floor behind the counter on her phone, only with 6-8 occupied tables. Our food finally arrived and was delicious - we almost forgave the experience…except we didn’t see our server for another 30 minutes. When we asked for the bill, it was $48 - I asked how to apply the 50% off. She said it was already applied. I was shocked. There were 3 of us. My son had wings and a side salad, I had the chicken sandwich and my husband had a burger. We had 2 root beers and a soda. How does that equal $100??? She said that we ordered $70 worth of food. Then I asked why is the bill $48? She had a tablet and couldn’t show me the bill (???). I asked for an itemized list. After 10 minutes, she brought the mgr over who still couldn’t produce an itemization but said that the first batch of wings weren’t made allergy safe so they made a second set and charged us for both. He took it off the bill and it changed to $35. No apologies, just a sob story of how it was a dbl shift and she was tired. Wow.

Had a great time celebrating several birthdays. Food was delicious and the price reasonable. The games were a lot of fun but it was pretty loud. Be prepared for sensitive eyes and ears.

The food was bland. There was no seasoning on the burger and for $15 I expected more flavor. The kids mac and cheese was not worth $7 as it was even too small for a kid. The only part was the games and even then, the prices for the cards was outrageous. $78 for only 550 tokens. The music was way too loud. You had to yell in order to talk and hearing anyone was difficult. Not worth the over $200 I was charged and probably won't be back.

We went to D&B for my son’s birthday party with friends. It’s so loud, but that aside, we had a great experience. Service was very good and everyone was happy with their meals. We will definitely come back.

Our server looked uninterested in anything but his little tablet he had. We had asked for refills and to go boxes and waited for over an hour to have the girl from the front desk ask if we needed help. We never got our refills from him. Worst service I’ve ever received! The people behind us had quite a few people were waiting forever for their checks too. Overall in my opinion he should be retrained or fired! This is the first time I’ve ever left a negative comment anywhere. I’m very easy to please.

Noise is expected at D&B, but none of us enjoyed the food —- the fish and chips was incredibly salty. The fried pickles were clumped and mostly breading. The chicken Parmesan was rubbery. In the past we’ve found the food to be higher quality. Our waiter was kind and attentive but other staff made errors on our order. It seems they are quite stressed with staffing.

Had a reservation for 2 at 7pm. Got seated shortly before 7pm. Didn't have a waiter until 7:15pm. Ordered our food and never saw our waiter again. Food came out relatively quickly and we finished around 7:48pm. No sign of our waiter. We waited about 20 minutes and then we saw our waiter go sit down near the bar and watch the basketball game that was on. He looked our direction and waved him down but he sat back down to watch the game. We had to physically go over to him to ask him for our check. Worst customer service I have ever had. Food was phenomenal and the games were very enjoyable.
