The service was terrible. We waited at our table for 20 minutes before a waitress even came over to us. We got drinks from the bar before our waitress returned with our drinks. It was absolutely ridiculous.

When we went into the night our server Phoenix said to us that she had worked here 9 years and that really set the tone for how we thought our service would go. We were very wrong. Not only did she bill us twice, and order the wrong foods, but we did not see her for 30 minutes periods, she did not check us frequently at all and on multiple occasions we had to go and find her and ask for assistance. We had a salad order that was missing avocado, and bacon and then we had a creamy chicken pasta order that was made with bacon, when that wasn’t stated on the menu. We had members of our party who do not eat pork. She also rang in two orders of creamy chicken pasta when we only ordered one and she put one on with a side of blackened shrimp that we didn’t even order, the chicken tenders that we ordered were not even crispy or brown and when questioned about it she told us it was because the oil was clean, and the oil being dirty is what gives normal chicken tenders their brown color…. What?…. Not one single time was our water refilled, and she charged us 11$ for a side of fries with the order of the smash burgers. Once we finally got the bill, it was not 50% off like it was supposed to be and we were charged for the chicken pasta that we did not order, when confronted by that we had the order removed but she removed the one that didn’t have the extra blackened shrimp added, so we were charged for that order we didn’t ask for. She also made excuses for why it was doubled but they weren’t valid reasons and contradicted her actions. It was an over all disappointing dining experience, and my son wanted me to mention the VR is broken and he had to waste his 5$ session on that as well.

The service and ambiance were excellent. The food was great but I didn't like the sauce for my noodles or the cauliflower. Other than that, I had a great time.

They took my ID and never gave back called up there. the person who answered the phone was rude kept hanging up . ask to speak to manager they keep hanging up every time I called back.

Lunch was good and unexpected. We weren’t sure but we’re happily surprised in the quality. Bar seemed to be out of a lot of the draft beer people were asking for as we witnessed several people having to take an alternative from what they ordered. If your keg is out, remove the taps like all other places do. Service was v- e- r - y slow. But when our waitress was at the table it was good. Spent 4 hrs. there. Pricey for an arcade …

Had been seated in a section on the other side of the building where my server wasn’t really near. She had a lot of tables on the other side of the building took over 15-20 minutes to get a drink order. After that I took another 30-40 minutes till I was able to get ahold of anyone to get me my bill. Tried using their auto card generator for the games but kept declining my card. The selection for rewards were slim to none. The only thing my kid wanted was a basket ball and they didn’t have them. Oh well

Great service and we were pleasantly surprised by their allergy friendly menu and knowledgeable server Carie. The food was ok and pretty much as expected but our service was amazing. The recent renovations were great and lots of new and awesome games were added.

The worst service I ever had!! More than 40 minutes just to receive our drinks and the restaurant was almost empty.

the shift or store manager on duty was COMPLETELY rude the entire time . talking about the group in front of us , walking away huffing and puffing , nobody was trying to accommodate me with giving me an extra table for the extra guess . made me wait over an hour to get an extra table . i went to express to him i didn’t like his delivery and how he was talking about us in front of my family and he just dismissed what i was saying and continued NOT to help. the entire staff besides my waiter was RUDE!!!
