we had a mixture of entrees and appetizers and it was a nice sharing mixture for our party of five. other than the busyness when we were ready to leave it was a nice time and very enjoyable,

The only issue I have is I spent over$150 for dinner and for the second time, it did not go to my Dave & Busters rewards points and they cannot add it at the restaurant so I need to make time to call the number from the app myself which is just annoying. I don't even have the receipt from the last time, only tonight so I guess I lose any rewards for that. I am dreading finding the time in my busy work day to call and do this:( I wish you could just scan your receipt on the app.

Our server Chancey made the night. Those people are quiet Heroes in a din of the most flagrant americanism. Shout out to the excellent support staff. The bussers and runners were so efficient and pleasant. Jermaine was outstanding!

We went for my birthday with a group of 8. Had a great time playing games but the food was not as great as it sounded. My husband loved his pasta and we loved the flatbread pizza and wings we got but one member said their burger was super salty, the other said her burger was overly sweet. Seems inconsistent. Service was okay. We had a relatively new server. My husband and I have been before and really enjoyed the food and the service was great. Not sure if it was an off day or if they just have certain items that are top notch and others that are just mediocre at best.

Went to watch a Bills playoff game. Got a decent table. Everything was decent except- prices for drinks aren't listed... $12 for a mixed drink (friend ordered 5 of them and they tasted different every time she got one). Other than the outrageous price on drinks, we enjoyed the food and watching the game.

The overall value for games and food was not bad- for 1 adult and 6 teens. I probably would have been better off booking a party package. The service was okay, however it did take a very long time ( almost 2 hours) to get all the food. The meals did not come out at once leaving two guests waiting to eat when other were already finished. The server was very pleasant and apologetic, and did deduct the late meal from the bill. The food was mediocre but overall it was a fun time for the teens.

Service was very slow. Ordered thing we didn't get. Couldn't get refills. My husband ordered a beer twice was never brought to him. Always too loud. I wish some areas could be less loud.

We (party of 7) had dinner there for the first time and our food was cold and tasted like old grease. The manager, Tim, even said that when our replacement appetizer was put in the window to be served to us again, he sent it back for them to remake it for a third time because it looked terrible. The pasta was cold and had no flavor. However, when it came time to pay, the took the appetizer, our pasta meal and all of our soft drinks off of our check because it was so bad.

The food was subpar. They were out of the breaded chicken, and there was much else to choose from when you're getting the game play and meal. The only thing good that came out of eating there was the friendly and helpful waitress. I will definitely do things differently the next time I go.

I set up a reservation online. When I arrived, they told me I would have to wait another hour before we could be seated. Why set a reservation if it’s not going to be honored?
