I hadn't been to Dave & Buster's for several years (prior to the pandemic). I was disappointed to see how much the menu has changed and that hot rolls are still not available.

Came to watch the Boxing fights like we always do. Upon arriving we made a reservation to insure we had a table to watch them. We arrived and told the hostess our name where she was EXTREMELY unprofessional and slammed things because we made a mistake in what dining room we choose and wanted elsewhere. As we were waiting to be seated the Manager asked what was wrong and the hostess then told her we screwed up the seating and now we want to sit somewhere else…not one word was said to the hostess the manager walked away. We then were sat at a table where she slammed the menus down and walked away mumbling stuff under her breathe. Our server came over and rushed us on what we wanted to order and tried ordered several things and were told we couldn’t have them that they were out. Understandable it’s a Saturday but we then watched another table get what we had asked for… After receiving our food by a runner our server not once came over to check on us or offer refills on our drinks until we were completely done eating. While sitting the same hostess continued to be unprofessional with other families and parties being sat and was cursing in front of young kids and slamming doors going into the kitchen. No manager was anywhere to be found to report anything. We’ve never had an issue like this before at this location and honestly makes us not want to come back. They need to do better employee wise and management wise.

The food is good, it's not five star or anything of that sort, but the menu will have something for everyone and the food will be satisfying. Drinks, both alcoholic and non, are always great. Depending on the time of day and how busy, it cans ñx was If you're trying to catch sports while you eat or drink, this place has TVs everywhere with all sorts of sports channels on. And of course when you're done eating it's time for the arcade!

Didn’t have all the menu selections. The perceived value was lacking and the place looks run down and not alt of atmosphere. The fool quality was ok

We ordered our food and approximately 10 minutes later an employee (not our server) brought a cheeseburger and fries to our table. I also ordered a cheeseburger but I picked up the bun and noticed it was missing my burger toppings. Our server can over to my table angrily and yelled at me for touching the burger because it was for the table beside us and now it can’t be served because I touched it. She nastily told me that another burger would be out and come to my table and not to touch it because it’s for the neighbor table. That burger did get served again to our table and we did not touch it along with 2 other orders for the neighboring table. Our large party was really taken aback by our servers poor attitude and yelling at patrons for their mistakes.

We put we were celebrating a birthday on our reservation and no one ever came out to even say happy birthday or like offer a dessert or anything, the service was ok, but considering the server seemed to not be totally busy we never got checked on much. But the food was good, and came out honestly really fast!

Terrible service from the waitress. Couldn’t open a tab at the bar cause we were seated at a table yet the waitress never got our drinks and they were sitting at the bar the whole time. People ordered food and didn’t get it for hours and then when it was reordered it took forever. Was celebrating my birthday and I’ll never go back.

We went for my sisters 21st birthday and our server was absolutely fantastic. Her energy was unmatched and she was excited about our event that she even took a few pics with us. It was definitely one for the books. Thanks, D&B. We had such a great time!

Not a large menu but everything we got was very well done…hot, tasty. The waitress was attentive and pleasant but not obtrusive. Enjoyed the meal.
