Took my wife as a date night. We had never been and didn’t know what to expect. We had a freaking blast. Food was great also. Best wings I’ve ever had.

Tuesday night 1/16/24 was amazing hardly anyone there the family truly enjoyed playing and the server was amazing deserves a 10 star review she was great. Everything was good !

Good food, fun games, great service. Everything was a bit pricey though from the food to the prizes. Definitely not getting your money's worth.

Our server was very nice and fun, burgers were great, very good portions and quality for the price ...has a slight inconvenience with the purchase of a digital play card and the first manager basically walked off with no resolution but thankfully another one was finally able to get me the card I paid for, still not sure what the issue was but nevertheless it finally got resolved and we were able to enjoy the gaming side as well

We had high hopes and have never been to a Dave and busters before. We reserved our table, and when we arrived, there was no one to greet us. We had to wait a few minutes until a server was able to get us seated. It took a long time to get drinks and get our order in an even longer to get our food. The food was not sent out together. One person didn’t even get to eat until everybody was finished eating for at least 10 minutes, we couldn’t even flag anybody down to get ranch dressing. We’ve had plan on ordering a dessert we gave up and just decided to go play games since we had already been seated for at least an hour and a half. We had to wait at the game counter for 15 minutes for somebody to show up to run our cards to load game cards. Some of the games we wanted to play we are out of order. When the kids wanted to do VR, we had to go back to the front wait again for somebody to show up at the front kiosk to pay for VR to be loaded to the cards the kids decided to go one more time on a different VR and I had to do the same thing with another 15 minute wait. We decided to upgrade our points and purchase points to get some things that our kids wanted in the prize store, after we scanned our point cards they told us how many points we needed so we asked to buy them. Once again we were sent us up to an empty kiosk to wait until someone arrived. I’ve never been to an entertainment restaurant, where there was so much waiting to do anything. More than half of our visit was waiting for a service, which is very disappointing. My daughter has a food allergy we asked for her side dish to be put separately so her friend could have it, but it was all put on the same plate. I felt really bad for our server. It look like she was handling the entire floor by herself running from table to table. I think that they are probably overall on both sides of the operation understaffed which resulted in the long waiting times. Won’t go back again.

Our sever was amazing! He explained everything on the menu in detail. Was kind , polite ,very positive and extremely patient with all the children we had. We held his big top for almost four hours and he not once made me feel rushed or unwanted like so many other places tend to do. Every employee had a big smile on their faces and genuinely seemed happy to be at work, which instantly made us feel comfortable resulting in a wonderful experience and irreplaceable memories for all the children and adults! The building was clean. The bathrooms was spotless. If any of the games acted up, an employee was immediately there to rectify it.

Our waitress Jam was outstanding! Very polite and courteous. There were five of us, and she remembered our orders without having to write them down! Continually checking on us and not letting our drinks run out.
