Horrible service! Food was late, cold and the waitress called me a liar for disputing 2 charges! This was totally “unacceptable “!!!!!

Evidently this D&B Location is going downhill. Apparently, there was not enough servers scheduled to accommodate the openTable online reservation I had made a couple of days prior. Our weight was an hour and a half from the time I checked in 15 minutes prior to our reservation. Not only that, but they split my party of 8 seating my two children at a separate table from the adults one of which it was his birthday and the whole reason we were there to begin with. The employees were all very nice and I don’t particularly feel like this was their fault but this is Location is not being managed very well. The tablets they were using to take our orders and pay our checks, only slowed and complicated matters. Our food came out two separate batches 30 minutes apart from each other. This left members of our party a little on the upset side. The bathrooms look like hot garbage from a nightclub.

When we arrived we were told the kitchen wasn’t open yet but we could go to the host table “around the corner” by the employee at the front desk. We were confused by this as there was nobody at the host table. We eventually found a manager who was very rude and told us that the kitchen wasn’t opening, we inquired when it would be open, and he again rudely told us it’s being remodeled and wouldn’t be open at all. We had no idea as there is nothing posted anywhere about this, as we would have gone to the Pineville location had we known. We were told we could sit at the bar, which was not staffed and didn’t make any sense, especially since we made a reservation so we could eat for my daughter’s birthday. We were going to stay to play at the arcade and find food elsewhere later, but none of the kiosks were stocked with power cards and the employees in the arcade area refused to acknowledge us or help. We left and went to the Pineville location where we had an amazing time, and could actually eat! Terrible customer service at this location, especially when we were rudely treated like we should have known the kitchen is being remodeled, even though it’s not stated anywhere online or even when you enter this location in person.

I took my daughter out for her 21st birthday. It took 45 minutes to get our drinks in another 25 minutes to get 2 appetizers. There's no prices on your drinks, and if I known that they were fifteen dollars a piece, I should not have ordered them.

The day before I called and asked a couple questions about the bowling because this place was about an hour away from where I actually live. We do have one that’s closer to the house that’s about 15 minutes, but this one is the only one that has bowling, on the phone the worker told me that bowling was working perfectly fine and assured me that everything will be OK. The next day we got there and bowling is shut down with no information as to why or what happened or when it would be back on, we asked a couple of people why the bowling was shut down and if they knew it was gonna be back on and nobody knew what was going on, we were told that wasn’t gonna be turned back on today. The fire alarm went off and there was no instructions about what to do if we leave or not, the workers were just standing in the corner chatting around and not assuring anybody that everything was OK as we were leaving. Bowling was turned back on with plenty of people in there.

awesome visit except that the serve did not understand the drink that was being ordered at the restaurant. attempted to get a drink at the main bar around 11. everyone was too concerned about going home. we waited about 15-20 minutes and never got waited on completely ignored and just left. nobody even acknowledged that we was leaving. not acceptable staffing for the weekend.

My experience at David busters was good but the food took too long and was not really that good. My drink took 20 min to come out Appetizer and my food came out then 15-20 more min before my daughters food came out which was a burger. They comped our wings but it wasn’t a good time for me and my daughter
