We went to watch the game and enjoy some ‘bar’ food and play games. Overall it was about what we game for except for one glaring thing—the availability of service and pace was one of the worst things I have experienced. We had a reservation this past Thursday night. restaurant was not crowded at all. We stood at the checkin stand for about 10 minutes alone before we were approached to be seated. About 15 min at table before server came over. It just continued like that through the whole night 5-10 min after drink order before they came, etc, etc… When we were at the checkin table a patron walked out past us and said “be prepared to wait.” He was right in point. The servers were nice enough, very kind, funny, etc… I think they either weren’t mobilized right in the restaurant, weren’t enough of them, or it was just their pace. All service and movement was definitely at a casual stroll in a very big restaurant area. I’m not sure about going back.

I’m typically not one to leave a bad review but I was pretty disappointed with my experience here. After being sat we didn’t see our waitress for about 20 minutes. When we finally did she said she would be right back but then didn’t we see her for probably another 15 minutes and she came and got our food and drink order. Our drinks came out with our food so we had nothing to drink while waiting. A different waitress brought this out. It was just me and my boyfriend at the table and we both ordered pretty small things so we were done eating about 10 minutes after receiving our food. We were ready to leave pretty much as soon as we were done because we had somewhere to be but we once again didn’t see our waitress for 20 minutes after being done eating (this was the second time we had seen her since we sat down) and she came with refills that we needed 15 minutes prior and I politely asked for the check and we left. I’ve worked in the service industry since I got my first job so I completely understand being busy and that honestly would’ve excused all of this but that was just not the case. There were a couple of other tables around (she was not the only waitress working) but definitely not enough to explain the amount of waiting we had to do

The only issue we got was that food took to long to come and we were hungry (30 minutes or more after ordering)

The service was sooooo slooooowww. It was a slow day for diners <6 tables but it was some of the slowest food service I’ve experienced. It took forever to just get our order in then a slow wait for drinks and even slower for the food. Our two young nephews were getting impatient with the wait of nearly an hour…for burgers and wings. The food was okay but not hot, fries were cold but I couldn’t get the server to come back to the table. One nephew (9) got a headache waiting for food and left with me while husband and other nephew (10) played games for an hour and had fun with that. It was a first time at D&B for my husband and I…it’s a shame the dining experience wasn’t better. I wouldn’t recommend D&B for dining but the games are great for kids big and small.

I like Dave & Buster's at the Cary location. This location had great quality food the manager that was there was very very polite and I felt very happy taking my entire family to have a game and dinner at Dave & Buster's. I recommend everyone goes to this location as you will have a great time and your money that you spend will be well worth it. Thank you so much Dave and Busters

Normally waiting for a long time to get a table, but open table reservation helped!! Also the speed of service this time was quicker. The server Alex was very attentive and helpful. The food were amazing just a little over price.

We waiting 30min it’s for a sever, another 30 for our bar drinks. Servers were just overwhelmed..doing the best they could..but the service was the slowest I have ever experienced. No management to be seen anywhere. Only reason I stayed is my kids were playing the games. Will Never return for food/dining/bar again.

Poor service. .acted like it was a chore to answer questions. (Our 1st time). Only one server. . Took long time to get drink order. .and food. .not many people there took 52 mints from time we sat till food came. Never refilled drinks. .ask if we need anything. .played games. .left stuff and drinks at table. . No refill. .18% tip for taking our order? Cook brought food out. Girl at prize counter. .great. answers question made kids laugh. Up sale was good

It was our first time at this establishment and we were not prepared for the price of the food or the tickets to play the games. It was over our budget and we will definitely have to plan ahead for the sticker price of everything.

Went to watch the AEW wrestling ppv. TV's don't have sound applied to them, so I couldn''t hear anything. Server missed everything from my directions on when to follow up with me to what I ordered. Nothing I asked for was accommodated by her and tried to charge me for 2 sodas when it's free refills anyways for them. Host got me seated fine and was easy to engage with but server really needs to listen more and put the customer first.
