Busy. Food and drinks were very good but we wish food would've come out faster. The reserved area is timed, but we spent about more than half of that time waiting for food, drinks, and even water.

I made reservations and still was seated anywhere the food took and hour to come the manager told me he was short staff never offer to help or assist to take my order then when the food came everything was dried out like it had been sitting I told him about that and he said he was understaffed I was them break all kinds of food safety requirements there was no alcohol in the drinks I order I had to send them back twice then after leaving the manager never came back to my table I as I requested because or the poor service I will NEVER RETURN AND CANCELING MY MEMBERSHIP.. it smelled like a old mop buck and me and my daughter got sick the next day after eating the food….

To me their party shareable platters for parties need to be way bigger than what their selling. Our waiter was very accommodating and attentive. All the staffs were very helpful.

Everything went well. The hostess was very kind and attentive to our table. The food was great and hot. Nice service from all the employers. Glad u was able to decorate the table to make my daughter's birthday dinner a success. I would highly recommend reserving a table again.

No host greeted our group at the door. We also had difficulty reaching anyone by phone prior to our arrival. Kevin, the manager, was helpful, if not overworked. Our server had trouble understanding our group orders and provided us food and drinks that we did not order. Additionally, group members who ordered independently received their food quite late. There were a number of confusing charges on the receipts, and even the staff had issues describing what was charged. The arcade area, however, was wonderful. Although several of the games were in poor service (the Mariokart game, for example).

The Cauliflower was not good and the sprouts were not super hard and not fully cooked. Our server was very nice and took care of us.

We had a great turn out for my son's 10th birthday. I intially reserved a 12 top table and before coming in changed it 15. But as the day went on we had more people than seating and the staff accomodated us with two additional tables with chairs. Our waiter James (xbox) was great and a delight. He handled our massive table and orders with great care. He was very attentive and accomodating. It was truly a success. Thanks also to any and all the other staff who helped us out to along the way. We truly appreciate all the care and effort that went in to making this a big success.

The waitress was great but the bussers left dirty plates and tables for us. My son also witnessed a waiter walking out of a stall and not washing his hands

Server for our order wrong 3 different times, served my wife cold food. I get it, it’s not Ruth Chris but damn. At least have people who just don’t come to work to get a pay check. All-around service was just terrible.
