Delicious food. We took the kifto, the lamb tibs, the collard greens and the chickpeas, with a honey wine. All was absolutely delicious. The restaurant was more noisy than what I was expecting but we were very satisfied.

Our server was friendly and was very good explaining the menu. Made good recommendations for the first timers in our group. Food was delectable. We will definitely return.

I absolutely love this restaurant. The food is amazing as well as the service. I consider it to one of the best Ethiopian restaurants in Washington DC.

Incredible authentic experience with attentive staff dedicated to your dining experience. I highly recommend the sambusa to start. My daughter and I loved the special beef tibs and combination vegetarian sampler.

It was okay but not great. Three stars overall. The bread was tasteless and cold so not a fan of that. Some of the veggie dishes were good but not great. I liked their fish dish. Reasonable prices for Georgetown.

The staff were very attentive and answered questions about the food with patience. However, after my meal, which was the vegetable combination platter my stomach started to hurt and cramp. I got a headache and felt queasy. I’m allergic to dairy, but I was assured my meal was vegan and there was no dairy in the food, but I still had the symptoms that I mentioned. Not sure why.
