Daphne is a modern American style restaurant, lounge, and garden terrace in the heart of Toronto's Financial District.     Came here for the brunch pancakes. They were great, but everything else was really anticlimactic. Our server wasn’t the most patient person nor much persona. We went there with two kids (4 and 2), and it’s not a place I’d rate as for kids. Our kids aren’t overactive or noisy or anything of that sort, so there were no issues there. I just found the restaurant not for their demographic. And granted, the original booking was just for adults but babysitting fell through. Anyway, overall experience of the place, nice to experience once, but I can’t say I’d be dining there again. The pancakes weren’t that much of a wow factor to want to repeat either. Beautiful restaurant overall and very comfortable and peaceful dining experience.

    Great food and service was outstanding! Seating is a bit too cramped in the dining area but other than that really enjoyed the restaurant. Special thanks to entire team for the prompt service.

    Excellent food,ambience and service. It was quite noisy for weekday afternoon lunch.. Quite difficult to hear the service or have conversation..otherwise food and experience was good
