   Phenomenal service from John (manager) and Christen (our waitress). They were very accommodating to my girlfriend on her birthday- Christen even took us outside on the balcony to take our pictures. Food was delicious, will be returning.

   Daniel's was lovely. Had dinner with a friend to celebrate her retirement. We had a table with a gorgeous view of the water. Service from Ben was excellent - friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. I had the King Crab legs and they were absolutely perfect. Filet mignon was also excellent. Nice place to catch up with a very good friend.

   If you want overpriced food that’s not cooked to your liking and marginal views this is your place. For us we won’t be back, my birthday dinner was a disaster. For half the price there are other comparable restaurants with better value, food, views and atmosphere.

   Calamari was not as good as usual. Wedge salad was very good. My steak was excellent. Lack of vegetable was noticeable. Complimentary dessert was great. Service was excellent. Atmosphere/professionalism of all staff was excellent as always.

   Fantastic dinner. Steaks cooked impeccably. The sides are always a treat. Service was amazing.

   I've been going to Daniel's Broiler a few times a year for over ten years. The place is truly amazing. The food is outstanding, as is the service. The only issue I have with the place is the 20% service charge that is tacked onto your bill, no matter your party size. It's something they started doing I think around the time that Washington State raised the minimum wage. They say they do it to pay their employees a better wage and 100% of the fee goes to the restaurant. It's a pretty sizable charge given how much you're already spending so just be prepared for that.

    Staff was very professional but lacked the fine touches of care that standard restaurants have. We ordered steaks and they checked the wellness with flashlights, said enjoy, and left. They never came back to ask if we were enoying everything—unfortunately we had the ribeye and the underside and end was burnt where the ribcap was. The most important part of the steak was burned for my wife and I. We also ordered appetizers for the table and the waiter took our plate with one shrimp and some bread still left on it without asking us if we were done. Overall a disappointing experience for an anniversary dinner but the rest of my family enjoyed their meals. 3/5
