Just left Dakota Steakhouse in Dallas, and WOW—it was an incredible experience! The food was absolutely delicious, the ambiance was top-tier, the host made us feel so welcomed, and our waiter went above and beyond. This place truly knows how to deliver excellence in every way. Went for New Years Eve. At $165 a person, I didn’t feel like it was worth the price. I had the Australian Waygu ribeye. If I would have known that the steak was going to come out drenched in some brown gravy like sauce, I certainly would have gotten something else. The Wife enjoyed her Surf and Turf. Service was lackluster. This is my 2nd time visiting Dakotas and the first time was terrific. I’ll give them another shot perhaps in the future.

Wonderful NYE dinner, beautifully decorated for the holiday. We got great photos taken by the staff that was positioned to do so for everyone. The food was perfect! Great wine recommendation as well. We were disappointed that we were seated on the patio. Seemed that bigger parties dined in the main areas. However, they did try to make the patio as lovely as possible.

Our New Year’s Eve dinner was awesome . The service was exceptional ( Henry) . He was very attentive & shared history about the restuarant with us . The food was cooked to our request & delicious. A great time with long time friends . We’ll be back .

We went for NYE with a group of 10. Most steaks were overcooked but they did offer to bring new ones after one person complained and did quickly. Service and atmosphere was excellent! We have eaten there several times before and was amazing. Just a little disappointed with NYE menu for the price per person.

We always have an incredible time when we come here but our server Bryan definitely took our experience to the next level. He was knowledgeable, welcoming, and persuasive. We tasted dishes we would not normally order and loved every recommendation he offered. Will definitely request him by name at every visit. Thank you for an amazing experience!

We come to Dakotas every time we have family in town- it’s so great we always have to share it!! The oysters are so clean tasting, they’re my favorite anywhere. The creme brûlée is so tasty! Would always recommend.

We were celebrating 24th anniversary. The restaurant and the atmosphere were amazing. We sat in the bar area, our server went above and beyond to make it a special experience. Our steaks were perfectly cooked, and were delicious. Thank you for making our night special.
