The food was excellent and our waitress was very attentive. Da Andrea is a very charming restaurant. My only negative comment is that the noise level is very high.

The food is always delicious. Tables are close and ambient noise is high. We love Da Andrea and have been coming here for many years. You won't be disappointed.

On entry, my friend and I loved the interior of the restaurant. It had a great energy and it was packed. Some people have complained about how noisy it is, but when it's packed with people talking and enjoying their evening meal, expect that! If you want a quiet setting to talk/catch up, this may not be ideal. We were welcomed and sat immediately. Our waiter and staff were very attentive, helpful with all the questions we had and provided a service with a smile! Veal meatballs were sublime. My friend had spinach gnocchi with truffle and loved it. The risotto of the day was heavenly. We wanted something light to finish with so shared a gelato - sooo creamy and delicious. My friend is Italian and said this was a wonderful meal. High praise. I would highly recommend this beautiful restaurant in Chelsea.

We had a wonderful evening. An attractive place with friendly, helpful staff and delicious food- terrific ravioli, tasty octopus and butternut squash. All top notch. Definitely worth returning to in the near future.

It was okay and the food was fine but I was a little put off with certain things - Calamari app didn’t come with Marinara sauce, Prosciutto app wasn’t appealing and way overpriced, A diet coke is $5.00 each. Some things on the menu weren’t worth it. I did love my pasta dish (Ravioli with veal/spinach/ham)! The hostess/ waitress was very nice and attentive. But overall, it was not too bad.

The restaurant management at this establishment is unacceptable. The manager refused to let my partner use the restroom when we were almost 2 hours into our meal. It wasn't until our server validated that we were indeed guests that the manager begrudgingly let him in. He was hardly apologetic, and we will be sure not to dine here in the future. (Plus, the food is underwhelming - you can find much better spots with places that don't discriminate against their own guests.)

Our manager did not refuse restroom access, but respectfully asked to confirm dining status, which is a part of our policy due to previous instances of non-guests using the facilities.we are committed to treating all guests equally and respectfully.
