I was part of the group of women dining at Da Andrea- Chelsea today and just want to comment that the staff person (young gentleman) taking care of all our tables was OUTSTANDING! Service was excellent!

Our server Grace was the absolute best!! She was very welcoming, loving & sweet !! We will be coming back just because of her. Thank you for a wonderful night! This place is just amazing! The atmosphere is everything.

Very few people in the restaurant but we were rushed. Plopping the bill on the table after the last sip of omy coffee was confusing. The waiter basically didn’t know how to connect with us. We probably would have had dessert if it had been more friendly.

Beautiful restaurant, delicious food, and great service. Our server, Kadir, went above and beyond! Will definitely be back!

We had a reservation at 9:30pm, we were seated a little later it was very busy and crowded. It is very loud due to so many people. However the drinks and food were amazing. It was very good and the prices are reasonable (being that its in the city).

I was incredibly disappointed. I came for my birthday for a reservation at 7:30, we got seated over 45 minutes after our original time with no apologies. Many other parties got seated before us that came in after. They hurried us to our seats once the table was ready and not once did I hear I’m sorry for the inconvenience. It is one thing to be late but another to not make the effort to let your paying guests know that they are sorry and maybe compensate them with an appetizer or just a sorry. It was so loud inside. The waiter came and was nice but not attentive and it was like we were rushed out, we weren’t really checked on and I understand it was busy but other tables were. Our food came fast and it was pretty good, right after we finished they cleared the table. It was my birthday as marked on open table and nothing was done to celebrate it like other tables that had a birthday dessert come out and singing. The table as a whole was not even asked if they wanted dessert and we were brought a check. They did not ask us if we wanted separate checks and when they said are you ready, we asked for such, they responded this is the check figure it out amongst yourselves that’s not our problem it’s yours, and we need to set this table and seat other guests so hurry up. Hurry up??? We got seated an hour late and weren’t even there an hour like other tables. We ended up figuring out check out and paid but we wanted to still sit for a little a figure out our plan on leaving. My friend had to use the bathroom and she was gone maybe 10 minutes while we waited at the table. Someone who I assume was the manager came to us and said we need to this table now so you need to get up and move to the bar if you want to stay. We said our friend was in the bathroom and he said he didn’t care and we needed to go. I picked this restaurant for my birthday and it ruined my night, it was genuinely the worst dining experience in New York. They also stole my credit card information. Horrible.
