Excellent as always, Gilbert and his crew are the best. Made accommodations for food intolerances too. Always a special treat to dine at Cuvee.

Absolutely awesome service and care taken by the Chef and the Server. Almost all the dishes were wonderful. Just a few negatives. The soup was barely warm. And my scallops in the casserole were pretty rubbery. The appetizers were awesome, and the chocolate mousse was to die for. Short but lovely wine list. We will be back for more choices. It was a lovely experience.

The restaurant was really nice The customer service was great, but we got sick from the seafood tonight. They won’t be visiting again.

Excellent experience overall. A gem to find. I used to dine at Winterborne and feel blessed to find its successor.

Amazing food and great value with the prix fixe menu. Owner was very personable and takes obvious pride in his place which shows in the food and quality. Highly recommend!

The service was friendly and the food absolutely delicious and beautifully prepared. Pork was juicy and tender and the broth which the mussels were served in was ambrosial. Although we were in wine country I prefer to start the meal with a cocktail when dining out and am very judgmental about what constitutes a good Manhattan. The drink did not disappoint, and set the tone perfectly for the meal to follow.

My wife and I dined at Cuvee two years ago having a very memorable experience. We are currently staying in the area again and decided to dine at Cuvee again and were not disappointed. You do need to make reservations well in advance.
