The service was friendly and the food absolutely delicious and beautifully prepared. Pork was juicy and tender and the broth which the mussels were served in was ambrosial. Although we were in wine country I prefer to start the meal with a cocktail when dining out and am very judgmental about what constitutes a good Manhattan. The drink did not disappoint, and set the tone perfectly for the meal to follow.

My wife and I dined at Cuvee two years ago having a very memorable experience. We are currently staying in the area again and decided to dine at Cuvee again and were not disappointed. You do need to make reservations well in advance.

We have been visiting Cuvee for nearly 20 years. Unfailingly excellent food, carefully crafted, in an understated, intimate setting. We love interacting with the chef, particularly.

As always, our dining experience was perfect. We enjoyed a scrumptious meal thanks to Chef Henry and his staff. Everything was prepared superbly. Whatever Chef Henry touches is golden. We look forward to our next visit in the near future when we can sample his seasonal specials. Merci beaucoup!

What a wonderful dinner! The chef/owner so at very nice Ave the food is amazing. The flavors were spot on!

Cuvee is the perfect place for a quiet dinner. The service is outstanding. The atmosphere is simple and elegant. The three choice dinner is a great value. The menu is just right for any tastes. I loved the chicken liver mousse. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Cuvée is a unique experience. Chef talks with guests, so you feel like you’re at a friend’s for dinner. The dishes are somewhat simple - but the flavors blow your mind. Behind a plate of fish or meat and veg are hours of marinade or sauce creation. Making the meal nothing like I would prepare at home, and nothing like any other meal I’ve had. They have vegetarian options that are just as magical. Even the simple green dinner salad is devine.
