Fantastic food and service. I ordered the braised short ribs, which were phenomenal! My husband ordered the bone in rib eye and he said it was delicious (he ate it all!). We demolished a slice of cake for dessert and left very happy. Live music was a bit loud, but it was good music so we didn’t mind. Wine selection was good. No wait with our reservation- our table was ready when we arrived. Will definitely return.

The food is usually outstanding, with one exception. This was the third time we have ordered the burger and it was overcooked. The burger meal costs $22. It better be right! We always order our burger cooked to medium (warm pink center). We have brought it to the attention of the server and manager each time it was overcooked. They are always nice and apologetic. The second time we ordered the burger, we mentioned to our server that the last time we ordered burgers, they were overcooked. He assured us that they would not be overcooked this time. Well, they were. A manager named Hendrick came and spoke to us. He was extremely nice and professional. He said they would check the broiler temperature and get it right in the future. So last night we ordered the burger again. Again they were cooked to well done, not medium. They offered to bring us another. My wife took them up on the offer but I was too hungry to wait any longer. I ate mine overcooked. When they brought my wife a replacement burger, it was still cool and raw in the center. The chefs at Cut’s just can’t seem to achieve medium (warm pink center). The server gave the three of us a free dessert as a consolation. That was thoughtful, but none of this was her fault. This was a $150 meal, for one appetizer, two burgers, and lamb. It’s the most expensive restaurant we frequent. I can’t believe that they can’t cook a burger correctly. They cook lamb and steak to perfection. But hamburger eludes them. It is hard to justify another visit. This visit was special because our daughter is moving away and we wanted to take her someplace special before she left. I will answer yes to the question about recommending Cut’s to a friend, but I will warn them about the burger.

Trudy was Outstanding~! We appreciate her customer service and how pleasant she made the Father's Day experience. She was not only professional and knowledgeable, but we also had opportunities where a little humor was incorporated to lighten up the moments. She's top notch!! It was our first time at the Suwanee location and we plan to return for another fun-filled occasion!! The greeters were also very courteous and welcomed us in a very pleasant way.

Excellent service and amazing food! The environment was very relaxed. Cuts is definitely one of the more family friendly steakhouses we have visited. We also loved our waiter and his helper. Everyone was very attentive and kept checking on us to make sure everything was to our liking and that we had everything we needed. This is definitely a restaurant we will continue to dine at and would recommend to anyone looking for a steakhouse that offers delicious food, a warm and comfortable environment, and fantastic service. Also, I would like to add that the live music is a nice touch and really adds to the relaxed vibe of the restaurant.

Super easy and quick to be seated. Our waiter Dee was thoughtful and knowledgeable. The entire staff was attentive and helpful. Food was perfectly created. Would recommend and return.
