A breath of fresh Caribbean air... To the amazing chefs, bartenders, host, wait staff, support staff and owner, thank you, I am so absolutely grateful for such an amazing culinary experience on our island. From the greeting, to our table selection, our first cocktails, through the amazing Lobster Bisque, the beautifully presented Filet and Lobster, it was amazing. And to finish it, you out did yourselves with the Espresso Affogato dessert. When time is spent in the details of curating an amazing experience, it shows. The light is perfectly done in this establishment, the decor is plush, deep and rich. The place setting are perfect and no detail is missed. Thank you Humberto for your wonderful service and Olivia, for a cocktail curated so perfectly. And ultimately, Al. Thank you for establishing such a culinary gem here in St Thomas. You have a forever patron and supporter. If you are lucky to live here like I do, go pay them a visit and enjoy a wonderful experience. I booked this on a recommendation by a coworker for our 7 year anniversary. We arrived at 6pm and asked to be seated on the deck outside. The restaurant is beautiful, so is the view from the deck. Everyone was polite. The host was extremely nervous and had a difficult time speaking to us, fumbling words. Same with the waitress. I get it, maybe you're new to fine dining and remembering what to say and so on, but for the price of the food, this place should have top tier service. At that time there were only 3 other tables filled in the entire restaurant. Our waitress took our appetizer and main course order just after our drinks arrived. Our drinks arrived shortly after we arrived. We ordered the melon, prosciutto, brie and the scallops. The scallops were cold and raw inside. So, we had those returned. When they arrived again, they were burnt, dry and stringy. They were removed. We waited until 7:30pm for our main course. We were only checked on once. My husband got up to let them know we were leaving, as we had not gotten our food, it arrived just then. At this point we were so hungry. The food was good, but definitely not $84 a plate good. I had the lobster, he had seafood pasta. My broccolini was so tough, I could hardly cut through it. During this entire time, other guests kept coming over right next to our table, to take business phone calls and argue with people on the phone. We asked them to please take their calls else where, as Yacht Haven Grande was mostly dead that evening and hardly anyone was around. So, it would be easy to step out front to take phone calls, away from other guests. If you have enough common sense to be polite to your family and leave to take a phone call, you could also do so for other guests trying to enjoy their meal. One guy got really crappy with us when we asked him to take his call elsewhere We spoke to the GM several times and they comped drinks and app., but the whole experience was subpar. Sunset, best thing all night.

Great location and food. Some interesting options to try. Service was a bit slow but the bartender and wait staff were very friendly! Note that the address linked in an open Table is not correct. Search for the location directly.

Once again, the staff, food and entire experience was amazing at Cutlass and Cane. Came in for Christmas Eve dinner and had Umberto again for our waiter. He was just as great as the last time making us feel welcomed and very happy with our choice. Heather, the GM checked on us and chatted for a bit and definitely added to the wonderful evening.

Drinks and food were fantastic. Good selection of entrees where everybody can find something. Server was Heather and she knew menu and drink list so you were confident what you picked was to your liking.

Mediocre and underwhelming. Bartender was told to serve us because waiters were too busy. Place wasn’t busy. Employees just wandering around. He was nice enough but the meal was unimpressive. Venue is nice but wouldn’t recommend.

10/10 - Best Dining Experience on St. Thomas! Hands down, this was the best restaurant we ate at during our entire stay on St. Thomas, and we ate at quite a few top spots! From the moment we walked in, it was clear this place was something special, and it didn’t disappoint in any way. Service: The staff here are incredible. From the warm welcome to the impeccable service throughout the meal, they made us feel like VIPs. Our server was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive without being overbearing. It’s clear that they take pride in providing an unforgettable dining experience, and it really shows. Food: Now, let's talk about the food—WOW! Every dish we tried was absolutely outstanding. Fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The seafood was some of the best we’ve ever had, and you can tell everything is locally sourced and made with love. We highly recommend the [insert specific dish here], which was an absolute showstopper. Each course was better than the last, and we left completely satisfied but also eager to return to try more. Drinks: The cocktail list is incredible! They’ve got a perfect selection of creative island-inspired drinks and a well-curated wine list. The service/waiter was great. Our food came out in less than 30 minutes which was awesome, but the taste of the food wasn’t the best. I enjoyed the dessert more than I did the food. Once the food becomes top tier the restaurant will be superb
