    my favorite restaurant is Steak 48. I have eaten at Cut before but have never said wow! With tip I spent over 800 for dinner. The shrimp coctail smaller shrimp. The Caviar appetizer tiny. The salmon ok but skin crunchy & fish very mushy. The banana cream (crust) not pie was tasty but like sweet crust. I think if you want to be competitive prices need cutting and or portions increasing. Just my opinion eating at Steak 48 3x a week!!

    Always able to depend on the food and service. Not always the most comfortable but our server help us to get a better table then originally seated at and I was very grateful for that extra attention….and I’m a nobody. I give it very high recommend especially if you want a great piece of meat cooked perfectly.

    Nov 13 - ur last night in LA before heading back to Australia, we wanted to celebrate it with a VERY INTERMIT & CLASSY night to finish off our 3 weeks of honeymooning around the USA and well CUT made it a night to remember. All the staff made it extra special they all went above and beyond. The knowledge of all cuts of meat to the presentation on the plate. It all was amazing thank you guys !! We had DRINKS : champagne, cocktails ( classic margarita) Wine - Pinot noir to go with the steak appetisers ( burrata & Beetroot Tartare ) Mains (Dry-Aged Rib Eye with sides of Brussel sprouts and Yukon Gold Potato Puree) And of course delicious dessert (Baked Alaska & Sicilian Pistachio Soufflé everything we ordered was outstanding, tasted impeccable On our return to LA I’ll definitely be back. Thanks again team

    CUT at the Beverly Wilshire is very special. The food is top shelf. The service is excellent (even extraordinary, to an extent explaining the high prices). The ambience within one of the premier hotels in the world is unique. The only criticism that can possibly be made is, because of the breathtaking prices, is "value". But that criticism is poorly taken. At CUT you are not merely buying food, you are buying the Wolfgang Puck experience. And that come with a price. You may be able to get an excellent meal elsewhere for somewhat less, but you would not get the once-in-a-lifetime experience that CUT provides. If you want to shop price, go elsewhere.

    Always amazing. This is our 6th time at Cut and it does not disappoint. Food is many levels above other similarly priced restaurants. As an icing on the cake Wolfgang stopped by to say hi. This is the second time we met him and he even remembered the family from last time. Nice touch. Please continue the excellent work and do not change a thing!
