Never disappointed with dinner at Hayes Hotel.. Had another fantastic meal with my family last night- Friendly staff and great food!

Food was good would definitely go back. Music in bar a little loud hard to have a conversation.

We ordered 3 main courses- the fish and chips, the crispy beef salad as main course and the steak sandwich, all of which were fabulous. The service was fantastic and there's a lovely buzz in the restaurant. We noticed that their kitchen underwent recent renovations and is now opened up into the restaurant which I always love to see. Food 10/10, service was the same and the wine we chose was great value for money and excellent quality. Never a bad experience here and always look forward to a visit.

I ordered chicken wings for a starter and they came out stone cold,I told a waitress and she apologised and then I received the fresh wings shortly after but my partner was just finished his starter. The same person who served my wings to me the first time was the person who brought them out the 2nd time but I feel there was no apology from them and we were still charged for them on the bill at the end. Our main courses were average overall and the desserts were nice.

Another fabulous meal in Hayes Hotel. Portions are so generous and our server was polite and attentive. We also had a few cocktails after our meal which were gorgeous.
