Welcome to Bricktown, OKC! Provision Concepts has partnered with James Beard nominated Chef James Fox, to create Culprits. Serving an incredible, globally inspired menu in the new Renaissance Hotel, along with mouth-watering sushi, steaks & seafood, you can also enjoy craft cocktails in a refined and elegant, yet comfortable atmosphere. My wife and I went here for dinner to celebrate our anniversary and had a great experience. Our server, Maddie was great throughout the entire diner and very knowledgeable. We had the Calamari, flaming volcano sushi roll, and a blue cheese crusted NY strip and it was all INSANELY GOOD. We finished it off with the peanut butter pie was out of this world! If you like whiskey with a twist, try the PB & Ancho old fashioned. I will say the only “negative” is that it’s in a hotel so you kind of feel that hotel vibe, but it was still a good ambiance. Definitely recommend Culprits to anyone looking for a great meal!

Most delicious meal I’ve ever had. I got the scallops and they were so delicious as an appetizer. The ribeye steak was perfectly cooked and the Japanese rice was spectacular! Also, my server was phenomenal, it was my first time to OKC and I was by myself. She made me feel at ease, happy and I had a blast! Highly, highly recommended!!

Overall, pretty good. But expensive for what it is. There was just 2 of us. We ordered crab cakes, a house salad, beef stirfry and bread service. The crab cakes were fresh, and utterly divine. But, for $28 for 3 very small crab cakes, they should be. The bread service was awesome! Great rolls served with everything bagel spice on the top, in a wee iron skillet. My husband was not delighted with the stir fry. He said the meat was good but the rice wasn't very flavorful or interesting. The salad was rocking. Loved it. MY meal of crab cakes and salad with the rolls, was wonderful. Again, expensive. We had a tab of $95 without tip. So, yeah, high. The meal really warranted more like $60. I could have seen that tab and been ok with it. But for $100? Not really worth it unless you just go for the funky dining room and ambience. The bar looked well stocked and the bartenders seemed friendly but this is observation only as we didn't order alcohol. I would go back for lunch. Not dinner.

They were out of sweet vermouth and oysters both of which we ordered. The whipped goat cheese appetizer was amazing. The pork chop was divine!

Bacon was uneatable, total fat and had a terrible taste. Did not taste anything like bacon.Low quality for a hotel restaurant

The service was spotty. When we arrived the service was good but as the evening progressed the server disappeared. I had the pork chop with grits. The grits were cold. I flagged down my server and he brought me another side of grits. These were cold as well. They finally got it right on the third try. Overall, the experience was slightly below average.
