Welcome to Bricktown, OKC! Provision Concepts has partnered with James Beard nominated Chef James Fox, to create Culprits. Serving an incredible, globally inspired menu in the new Renaissance Hotel, along with mouth-watering sushi, steaks & seafood, you can also enjoy craft cocktails in a refined and elegant, yet comfortable atmosphere. They were out of sweet vermouth and oysters both of which we ordered. The whipped goat cheese appetizer was amazing. The pork chop was divine!

Bacon was uneatable, total fat and had a terrible taste. Did not taste anything like bacon.Low quality for a hotel restaurant

The service was spotty. When we arrived the service was good but as the evening progressed the server disappeared. I had the pork chop with grits. The grits were cold. I flagged down my server and he brought me another side of grits. These were cold as well. They finally got it right on the third try. Overall, the experience was slightly below average.

It wasn’t my favorite visit to one of my favorite restaurants. It is somewhat pricey but food quality is good and service is usually excellent.

Our first time to this restaurant and they did not disappoint. Our waiter was great and the food was awesome. I had the chicken dish with the pasta and the flavors were very good and my husband had the halibut with pasta and artichoke and he was also very pleased. We will be going back. The restaurant was very pleasant to sit back and enjoy our meal. Thank you!!
