Welcome to Bricktown, OKC! Provision Concepts has partnered with James Beard nominated Chef James Fox, to create Culprits. Serving an incredible, globally inspired menu in the new Renaissance Hotel, along with mouth-watering sushi, steaks & seafood, you can also enjoy craft cocktails in a refined and elegant, yet comfortable atmosphere. We felt like we had stepped out of the car and into a European cafe. What a find. Our waitperson Crystal was perfectly attentive and knowledgeable. She described drinks, dishes, and even where ingredients were sourced. Do have the flaming scallops. What a beautiful presentation, not to mention the texture and blend of flavors. We were sat by the back of the kitchen and bar and there were only a few people in there, could have been a better table anywhere for 2 people. She crab soup- super spicy and was cold. Overall flavor okay but I didn’t finish it due to those things. Muscles, also not warm but the cream was delicious. Waiter forgot silverware or a plate to put the shells on but brought them promptly when reminded. I got the halibut, was delicious and nothing bad to say about it except I’d already lost my appetite so took it home. My husband got the rockfish and was too spicy for him to eat but we brought it home to add some cream sauce to it and calm it down and it was great then. Overall just not the experience that I was hoping for but I’m glad I tried it.

My husband and I went to Culprits to celebrate our anniversary. The food was AMAZING, the service was phenomenal, and the overall ambiance was classy and comfortable. We decided to make it a tradition to enjoy a meal together at Culprits for each of our anniversaries. I highly recommend this place.

The shrimp and grits was totally different from the previous day. I made a intentional decision to patronize Culprit’s for the shrimp and grits that morning and was totally disappointed.

First time trying Culprits and was not disappointed. The food was really good our server was on par. Great vibe and location in Bricktown.

Love the Bricktown location with the spacious windows. Gives that big city feel.

10/10! The food was SO good. We enjoyed the presentation of the volcano roll served on top of flames. We started with the delicious whipped goat. Drinks were great. Service was top notch. And location was easy walking distance to Paycom Center.

The waiter Nikki was very pleasant. Nice place. Food was great. Shishito peppers and fillet with blue cheese crumbles hit the mark.
