The food was very good. It is a VERY loud restaurant. If you don’t mind yelling while trying to talk. It’s a great place if you’re on the younger side and don’t mind everything going on.

If you're a fan of rum, try the Evil Jungle Princess cocktail. It was amazing!

Our first trip there for Sonoran Restaurant Week in Tucson was a pleasure! The staff were friendly and courteous. The food was excellent. My husband loved the pretzel ball fondue app, the fish and chips, the chocolate dessert to die for and the house red. Fish was fresh, very tasty and a large portion. The charcuterie app was enough for two to share and no cheap stuff. The banana bar dessert was a revelation, with a flan-like bar, a caramel banana, whipped crema, a praline crust and other toppings to create flavor bursts. It was so much food we had lunch the next day as well, and they were generous with the to go containers. We went because others we know like this restaurant, and now we do too, and will come back and bring others. Very nice regular menu and lots of special drinks.

This was our first time at CD. We took advantage of Restaurant Week in Tucson and ordered from the fixed price menu. All of the selections sounded great and those we selected were terrific. I will say that we expected smaller portions because of the “special menu”, but were pleasantly surprised at the large portion sizes—enough to take home for a leftovers meal! The greeter (who also was helping out on the floor) was memorable. He made our visit interesting. We’ll be back!!

The food was great! The restaurant is huge so if you are looking for an intimate setting you may want to look elsewhere. Not the best place if you have allergies. There were also some mix-ups with which drinks and food we ordered, but the drinks and food tasted great.

Love this place! Excellent food, good service, will adjust your order to any dietary needs. Never disappoints. The fried chicken with mashed potatoes is to die for!

Food took an hour and 20 to come out. Then it wasn’t even good. Restaurant was at most half full. Sadly would not recommend or rush back.
