We had a pretty good meal. The server was great, very attentive. This is a great spot, it has a great atmosphere. The whipped feta appetizer was a 10/10. The brussel sprouts were a 8.5/10. The house salad was an 8/10, I really liked the buttermilk ranch. The fried chicken was a 6/10 and the short rib was a 5/10 way too much sauce on this dish. We had a great time and will be back again soon!

We had such a lovely night with our fabulous hostess finding us a cozy spot that we love. Alli, our favorite manager, welcomed us, and Nesta, a spectacular waitress, ensured everything was served just right. We love our time at Culinary Dropouts.

the food took SOOOO Long to get out. the poor waitress was so frazzled as they were out of everything we wanted: Brussel sprouts, french dip even the salad with butternut squash… which is so hard to believe as its in every grocery store this time of yr- just go buy some. very disappointed! i never write reviews. this one was very much needed. what a bummer. we took 3 guests so we were a table of 5 pretty disappointed. our waitress was so sweet though- no complaint there.

Something not so great has happened here. We have eaten here several times and have had a wonderful experience but admittedly not recently until last night. The table had dirty utensils. A glass of wine was delivered with lipstick on the rim of the glass (the glass was not properly washed). One in our party ordered the "36-hour ribs" and stopped eating after the first few bites. Someone else in our party ordered the salmon and thought it was a child's serving. We invited friends who are visiting town to join us in what we expected to be a great experience and it was just disappointing. We're probably not going to give Dropouts another chance.

The kitchen was quite slow on this night because of the snowstorm and power outage the night before. However, the manager and our server took good care of us, offering apologies and some complimentary goodies. We will definitely return, but I couldn't give 5 stars for this reason.

It took 3 hours to eat. They were out of half the menu. The food was okay that we got. None of us felt like we got what we ordered. Overall bad.

Extremely over-priced. A couple great options on the menu where you might be satisfied for the cost, but not in general. Cheapest (small) glass of wine is $10?....ok. Won't be back.

Culinary Dropout exceeded our expectations, bringing together a fun atmosphere with truly delicious food. From the moment we walked in, the energy was contagious—an eclectic mix of industrial style with warm lighting and live music, perfect for a casual night out or a special celebration. Their happy hour menu is a must-try! We dove into the lineup with the famous roasted Brussel Sprouts, which were perfectly roasted seasoned with a velvety, slightly spicy sauce with a hint of cheese.. The rotating specials offered fantastic variety and value, from fresh oysters to crispy buffalo chicken meatballs, all bursting with flavor. The specialty wines offered on the happy hour list were a delightful to choose from. Our server, Olga, brought sample tastes our top picks, creating a great experience for a long day. What really made our night memorable was our server, Olga's attentive service. She was knowledgeable, friendly, engaging and made fantastic recommendations, creating a personalized experience. Culinary Dropout is perfect for anyone looking for an upbeat, welcoming spot with mouthwatering food and a lively vibe. We left full, happy, and already planning our next visit. Highly recommend for both locals and visitors looking to experience one of Denver’s best dining spots!
