Sadly they have really gone downhill. The food wasn’t even mediocre. It was poor. The service was very iffy too. I think we’re done with Cucina Toscana.

Birthday celebration dinner, on a very busy night in the midst of end of year holidays. Food was excellent. Wait staff had a great sense of humor. Music was excellent (both that which was prerecorded that which was and performed live by a string quartet). Staff seemed stretched a little thin as the night went on, but were very responsive when we asked for attention. At one point, our waiter walked over to our table holding a tray full of cocktails for another table. I jokingly asked, “where’s mine?” and when they brought the check, it was accompanied by a complimentary cocktail of the same variety. You can’t ask for much more at such a popular restaurant. Really wonderful experience.

Our waiter was excellent and attentive. Food was good but asparagus soup was bland. Sitting in the garage area was limited ambiance.

I wanted to like this place. The location and the building are really cool. The staff was very attentive and on top of things. But the food....not good. Like seriously not good. I got the 14 oz new york steak, medium rare. It came out gray brown, which is a clear indication the grill temperature was too low. Adding to it, there was some sort of balsamic reduction that made it both sweeter and also more bitter. For a $50 steak, I don't expect perfection, but I have had $20 steaks that run circles around this steak. My wife got a ravioli pasta. It looked like they used rice paper instead of a pasta. The filling was extremely emulsified to the point it was just a really soft green toothpaste. Again, for $25 I don't expect perfection, but flavor was lacking. Probably the best part of the meal was the Burrata caprese. With some salt added, it was good.

After an event downtown, we tried this restaurant after finding an open reservation. It was four of us, including our kids (15 and 11). The food was very good. Everyone found something on the menu although they don’t have a kids menu (probably wouldn’t bring them again). The biggest frustration was that we waited 45 minutes+ for our food even though they didn’t seem terribly busy. But overall a very good meal.

Nice atmosphere and good service. The bread with the olive oil spread was a good hit! We ordered 3 appetizers and 2 different salads were all yummy, the portion of the main course was slightly small in portion but was definitely tasty. Will sure go back to try other dishes.
