From the moment we walked in u til we got up to leave everything was 1st class. Friendly professional. Efficient staff. Great Drinks and a delicious meal. Very quick preparation. What more can be said. And a great atmosphere. Will definitely be back again.

This was our first visit to Cocina Moderna. Good food, great service by Nathan, large enough restaurant with tables placed at a comfortable distance apart (ie: not sitting on top of the table next to you) and the prices were reasonable (or as reasonable goes with dinner prices these days!). Worth a try.

We went for a special occasion. The restaurant was surprisingly dead for a Saturday night, but the atmosphere was great. I think the music was a touch too loud as my soft spoken waiter had to speak quite loudly (clearly out of his normal range comfortably) and I think it caused a mild disconnect. REGARDLESS! Our waiter was likely the youngest kid there, very nice, let me sample a wine I was curious about before buying (we bought 2 glasses after), and ensured we were happy. I would encourage the restaurant to urge their bus crew who come to pick up plates at the table to slow down, rush less, as a fork covered in bolognese sauce was launched into my lap as they picked up our appetizer plates. While this upset me, I was not going to let this mishap ruin my date, so I played it off and never mentioned it. But please slow down. I want to again applaud my waiter, I will find his name to praise him more but at the end of our meal I excused myself from my date to go to the restaurant. This was strategic as I wanted to discreetly pay the bill and not have it brought to the table. I caught our waiter on the way to the restaurant and told him I wanted to take care of the bill and handed him my card, but forgot to mention I did not want him to take the bill to the table. Much to my surprise when I emerged from the bathroom into the main dining room, my waiter standing against the wall, credit card scanner and receipt in hand waiting to ring me out. I REALLY appreciate this extra level of detail, he may be one of your youngest, maybe even the quietest, but his attention to detail was immaculate. I will be back, and really hope to be sat with this young man again. The service heavily outweighed the food. Aranchinis were amazing, but our chicken parm was nothing to write home about. Might try the lasagna next time, but wish it did not contain pork. :/

I cannot even begin to explain what an amazing experience we had here! The vibe is very energetic and upbeat. The food is absolutely amazing, starting with the cocktails and ending with an amazing veal parmesan. The service was incredible and our server was so attentive! The food came out so quickly and cooked to perfection. You can dress up or dress down which I loved. Bring your family or great for couples and singles!!!

I loved the Eggplant Parmigiana and I added Vodka Sauce instead of Red Sauce for my pasta and it was delicious! The ambience was beautiful and it was quiet enough to talk over dinner, the birthday song was a bit loud but it went away fast.

The Food is Excellent, The Manager Mitch was hospitable and friendly. Our server Carlos was very attentive & informative. Great Dinner!!!!!!

Went on Father’s Day for brunch. Our server was great and very attentive. Food was good but overcooked my wife steak. The down fault is the amount of flies in the restaurant area. Got to do something about the flies. Not the first time.

David is the best server ever. We love coming here for our family special occasions and also just regular meals.

Place was great! Only problem that I have is that have flies for some reason and it can be unbearable.

The restaurant is nice and centrally located. You’re able to enjoy more than the “usual” dinning in the area. Wine selection is limited but cocktail menu is great! The lasagna was amazing! The fettuccine carbonara was not the best choice as it was bland. Our waiter seemed a bit distracted and most of the time the buss boy was tending to our needs which was interesting, but greatly appreciated. Overall I would recommend for casual dining. Would probably visit again.
