The food was creative, well made and very tasty. My only critique was that I thought the fronds were a bit skimpy. When you pay $16 for a house old fashioned, you would like to see more than a jigger of alcohol. I will definitely go back. I will just tell them to be a little bit more generous with the drinks.

I really wanted to give this restaurant a top rating. But, our problems started when I ordered a drink at the bar. The bartenders are very inexperienced. I asked for a rye Manahattan on the rocks. What got first was in a martini glass with ice cubes in it along with an orange peel. They also decided to shake it. After bringing to their attention, they gave me one that did not have rye. Then on the third try, no cherries or bitters. I gave up an drank it. Table service was spotty and inconsistent. Then, at the end, they brought us another table’s bill and a drink. This is a management problem. Not one word of apology. It will be a long time before I go back.

Enjoyed our first trip to Cuba 1958. Danny the owner greeted and checked on everyone. Decor was good could use a little more relative to the Cuban culture! Menu selections were good, service by Jose was excellent. Food was very good, appetizer and salad selection could be improved. Good value and location!

The food was fabulous! The service was very good. The owner came to our table and introduced himself. Everything was wonderful. Highly recommend!

As a Cuban, I grew up eating authentic Cuban food and when I heard this place was gonna open up I was very excited. I have to say it did not let me down. This is absolutely the best Cuban restaurant in town. It’s definitely authentic and many delicious dishes. I went with a couple of friends and we all ordered different things. My favorite was Ropa Vieja (shredded beef)and I’m also loving the masas de puerco (pork). You can’t go wrong with their rice and beans either. Drinks are a must! The mango mojito was so good. For dessert I had the tres leches and it was the perfect desert. Definitely coming back!

Super loud although the place was only half way full. Could not understand the waiter and he could not understand us. Service was quick. Big portions but we did not enjoy the food. Ordered all the Cuban dishes we usually love and we have also been to Cuba and eaten them there before. Mojito and Ham croquettes were good but it went downhill from there. Palomillo was very tough and almost not chewable, yuca mojo was boiled to death and had no taste. Lechon Asado had a funky taste and I can’t comment on the plantains because I got the wrong side. Chose not to order dessert. Everything would be better tasting at the Columbia Restaurant - including the bread!

The flavors of all the food was fantastic. We shared the guacamole, and each had Camerones Enchilados. Our only complaint is two-fold and food related-5 very small shrimp in a tiny cup of sauce is skimpy for an entree. And second, the menu said 'zesty creole' sauce and it wasn't that spicy. Service was fantastic, ambience terrific and the sides (beans, vegetables and yucca) were very flavorful.

Our experience as outstanding. The food was spectacular and delicious. The owners were very welcoming and the ambiance was pleasant.
