We source the freshest possible seafood and produce available from dedicated farmers and fishermen. Our chefs take great care in using the finest ingredients available and looks forward to creating your new favorite dishes.
Try one of our delicious craft cocktails or a time honored classic that is treated with respect to tradition. Highly allocated Bourbon and Tequila play a prominent role on our back bar.

We are committed to finding great bottles from all over the world made by vignerons and farmers, not factories. Featuring the Verre de Vin tower, we can offer a greater variety of wines by the glass including Cru class Champagne! Come see what Certified Sommelier Brian Behnke has available.

Very sad to say it was a lackluster experience. Was so looking forward to the edamame that they posted on their Facebook as their best dish only to be told at a 7pm seating that they had run out. Then they seat a family next to us, take their order and bring them edamame?! Also had run out of Naan bread, didn’t have Tito’s vodka and did not have the items that are on their online menu that folks in our party had counted on eating for dietary reasons. Extremely slow service - at one point the waitress told us that the chef was new and didn’t know how to make oysters Rockefeller that we ordered as to why it was taking so long. Won’t be back as there are so many other choices in the area.

This is my favorite restaurant. I start with Jane's addiction with vodka which Jackson makes to perfection.then I have the crudo (order the naan bread as soon as you arrive and have it with the crudo). hubby and I share the shrimp roll and life is perfect.

Would have given it a 5 stars, but the 2 things we were most excited to eat- Bao buns and ceviche- were gone by 7pm… preferred the fish sushi as opposed to the wagyu, if you’re a sushi eater. We would definitely give it another shot

We always enjoy the unique offerings at Crudo! The owner stops by the table to welcome us and check on the service each time we have dined here. The service and food are always terrific.

They ran out of Oestra caviar and another key item on menu. Otherwise, bao buns and grouper were amazing!

Been here a year, this was our first trip to Crudo. It won't be our last. Amazing we haven't tried this restaurant before. Excellent service-Trevor was fantastic. The menu needs navigation, especially for our first visit. He was great helping us, and really enhanced the experience. The cocktail menu is excellent---the Old Fashion was superb. Extensive wine list. I measure restaurant greatness on one dish--brussels sprouts. If you make those taste great you got me.... they were so good, almost dessert. My wife had Sushi Nachos, and I had the Bluffton Roll. We also shared a Big Salad---very sharable. Fish and food quality fresh and tasty. We will put Crido on our restaurant rotation!

Food was amazing! The Chef offered to make us a special steamed clam dish and was amazing! Very flavorful, the salads were the best in the area - so very fresh! Will definitely become a regular! Another Amazing new Bluffton restaurant!
