Crowsfoot Restaurant is located in the small farming community of Conestogo, Ontario and stands on what is known to be one of the oldest venue sites in the region. Settled by Mennonites and German immigrants in the 1820s, the site has has a continued tradition of serving great food in a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.

Crowsfoot Restaurant will look to support the farmers in our surrounding region by offering a menu that combines the community's rich German culture with classic Southern-style Smokehouse barbecue.

Crowsfoot does have its own on-site General Store, stocked with locally sourced products, produce, and everyday essentials.

    My wife and I ate at Crowsfoot for the first time tonight. The service was amazing and the food was delicious. The portions are generous. We will definitely be back.

    Peos: Lovely place, beautiful building, nicely decorated. Service was outstanding, Our server Jim was very pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. The in house store was very nice. All staff were terrific. Cons: our food showed up in a reasonable amount of time, approximately 15 to 20 minutes after ordering. We ordered 3 meat, 3 sides. However all the meat, ribs, fried chicken and bratwurst were barely warm, this included a side of sauerkraut. All were very dry througout and appeared to have been cooked quite some time earlier and left sitting under a warming center. This was very disappointing. The sides, fries and tatertots were freshly made, I assume they are easy to prepare fresh as they wew both very hot. Loved the place but very disappointed in the food. As far as the value for what you get, if the food was prepared at time of order and served hot and fresh then there would be good value here.

    Come experience a meal for a more mature palate! Excellent service provided by Tom! As a table of 8 ages 11-66 there was something for everyone to enjoy! It was a lovely short drive from Waterloo!

    Food was excellent. Service very slow. Ordered special coffees instead of dessert waited a while then eventually told they had no Baileys so they couldn’t make the coffee did not offer dessert instead . Still enjoyable.

    We were celebrating a birthday. Four adults and two children. Portion sizes are generous and the food is delicious. Our server was outstanding. He could not have been more helpful or welcoming. We WILL be back.

    Great food and your level of customer care is beyond belief. We felt so cared for as diners and it was clear that the service staff Ana management were watching the room for our entire dining experience and we rarely sat for more than a moment (at exactly the right times) without someone checking in on us to see we’d been taken care of or if we needed anything. Stellar service experience!!
