Crowsfoot Restaurant is located in the small farming community of Conestogo, Ontario and stands on what is known to be one of the oldest venue sites in the region. Settled by Mennonites and German immigrants in the 1820s, the site has has a continued tradition of serving great food in a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.

Crowsfoot Restaurant will look to support the farmers in our surrounding region by offering a menu that combines the community's rich German culture with classic Southern-style Smokehouse barbecue.

Crowsfoot does have its own on-site General Store, stocked with locally sourced products, produce, and everyday essentials.

    Thanks for yet again another great meal and service, Beverages were also delicious. We actually had to change our reservation time and they were very accommodating. Much appreciated 🙏

    Our waiter Jim was amazing. He told us about the history of the building and gave us some insight into the area as well. Was attentive and friendly. Food was amazing. Husband had the schnitzel and I had the beef brisket sandwich with the Thyme and rosemary fries. Wold definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great place to eat.

    We arrived to celebrate my mother-in-law's 70th birthday and our party was warmly greeted. Within a couple minutes we were asked for a drink orders and promptly served. Dinner arrived after just enough conversation and we were all appreciative of the big portions. Everyone loved their food! The schnitzel was huge, the brisket sandwich was so delicious, the fried chicken sandwich was very enjoyable. My daughter had the mac and cheese and couldn't eat all of it, so she enjoyed lunch the next day. Everything was hot and delicious! The server was very accommodating, and even brought dessert for the 'birthday girl' with multiple forks. We have been to this restaurant quite a few times and enjoyed every visit. My guests had never been but I'm sure they'll be back!

    I'm not sure if you were short staffed but our service was very slow. We were over two hours and decided not to have dessert as we waited about 15 minutes after getting the dessert menu before our server returned. He seemed to have too many large groups and we waited a long time between drinks and main course and dessert. We were a table of ten as well.

    Great experience with great food recommendations. Our server was so kind and knowledgeable. This is our new favourite place.
