The Crow’s Nest Restaurant, Tavern and Marina has been serving the Venice, FL community since 1976. With the freshest seafood and most flavorful dishes, the Crow’s Nest strives to prides itself on providing 5-star experiences for their guests each and every time they visit.

The upstairs dining room provides a fine dining experience with a fantastic view of the water for lunch or dinner. The wood-paneled and cozy tavern downstairs serves for a more casual experience and is open all day.

You can also enjoy their full-service marina, offering overnight dockage, gas and diesel pumps, and all the supplies you need for a day or week on the water. You can also rent their paddleboat, one or two person kayaks, paddleboards, bicycles and more!

Always a winner. Despite being super busy, our table was ready on time. Service and food were both terrific. Lots of choices on the menu.

Resident on the Island, live close by, so do frequent the resturant. twice in last week. This evening was seated along the windows east end. When the lights came on outside, a temp flood light outside the party room was pointed toward the inside. Directly in the eyes for the 2 of us facing east. Waiter agreed. The woman who was bartending came over, it was heated instantly. Nothing she could do, cannot go out there etc etc? There is a deck out there, nope cannot get out there, as I’m saying the party room door, nope. I said the table would then not work out for us, surely we are not the first. Waiter than said I’ll lower blind, did the job ok, could still see the bright bulb. Woman returned and said the chief informed her the light could be accessed via door party room, he adjusted it for the better. Dinner was great as always, waiter was great. As we were finishing, a waiter handling the west windows area, Luis I think his name was, appeared and opened the blind. No reason for him to have opened the blind as not close to his tables and the tables to the south upper level had emptied. So conclusion is, he was instructed, guess the bartender was still brewing from the somewhat heated interaction. So was not the best experience I’ve had.

We don’t go out often so we wanted a great time and we did! Also met great people at the bar!

Excellent crab cakes and salmon entrees. Attentive service. Quiet table with a nice water view for our group of 4 to catch up!

Tried The Crow’s Nest for the first time for lunch and were pleasantly surprised! A lovely setting right on the water with a nice amount of offerings on the menu. Service was great! We tried the shrimp wrap (a special) and the grouper sandwich. Very generous portions and both were delicious! My husband loves grouper sandwiches and said it was one of the best! Nice place not far from the center of Venice. We will be back!

Excellent location and view, we really enjoyed the food and the service. Was great see that operation is as excellent as ever even after two hurricanes. We have been enjoying this restaurant for more than 15 years and will be back.

We have eaten at Crow’s Nest many times for both lunch and dinner. We have never been disappointed!

We had a wonderful dinner tonight. The food was delicious and our server Brittney was fantastic. She's very friendly and stopped at our table often to see if we needed anything.
