Crown Republic Gastropub is the place where rustic New American fare meets made from scratch cooking with heart. Our team sources from global food and cultural inspirations, brings and approachable, eclectic culinary experience that guests can't wait to explore. At Crown Republic Gastropub, Chef Anthony Sitek takes pride in creating nearly all of the ingredients in house. Our chef-driven dishes are served with an expert eye so that our guests can concentrate on what matters most: the friends and family they are dining with. Family is exactly our specialty at Crown Republic; our goal is to make everyone who walks in the door, from our staff to our smiling guests, feel at home. This was our first time here as we were visiting from out of town and it did not disappoint! The food and service were both incredible. I wish I could remember our server’s name but she was delightful (name started with an A maybe?). The meatballs to start were so good and then our entrees, the bolognese, squid ink pasta, and burger (huge!) were all amazing. Keep up the good work, we will definitely be back the next time we are in town!

Fantastic! Jill our server was wonderful and very engaging. Each dish was perfect. Desserts were delicious the cookies, brownie and apple cake were big hits.

The food was delicious! The server made food and drink recommendations that were very helpful. The food came out in a timely manner. I would highly recommend eating here.

There was a guy sitting at the bar who was on a business call for over an hour. The server messed up our order. The gnocchi was undercooked my salmon was delicious.

Excellent Cocktails, wonderful food suggestions and good amount for the price. Had wedge Salad, great great and truffle fries. :) would like to come back.
