Crown Republic Gastropub is the place where rustic New American fare meets made from scratch cooking with heart. Our team sources from global food and cultural inspirations, brings and approachable, eclectic culinary experience that guests can't wait to explore. At Crown Republic Gastropub, Chef Anthony Sitek takes pride in creating nearly all of the ingredients in house. Our chef-driven dishes are served with an expert eye so that our guests can concentrate on what matters most: the friends and family they are dining with. Enjoyed a brunch with great food and drinks. The place is noisy and drinks are pricey but worth to visit and enjoy the good food.

Absolutely love this place. It’s been awhile since we have been and this was our first time for brunch. The Crown Republic team always does a tremendous job. Highly recommend!!

I enjoyed the food and outdoor patio area, and the server was friendly. However, we ordered 3 appetizers and no drinks and our bill was $60!!! I was so taken back. A salad, hummus, and burrata was $60! I couldn’t believe it when I read we got charged additionally for the pita that comes with the hummus? They offered us carrots and celery and charged us additionally for that as well, and we got charged again for the bread that is supposed to come with the burrata? How else do you eat burrata if you don’t get the bread? Very expensive and very tacky in my opinion they charge additional money for food that is advertised as included with the appetizers. I will not be back just do to lack of transparency. I get times are tough and you have to charge people, but $21 for burrata and then additional money to buy the bread to go with it is a complete joke.

Service was good… my kids liked the burgers. Did not like either the spinach pasta with pork or the squid ink pasta. Could not hear those sitting across the table from me.

We have been here several times for brunch and enjoyed it very much. Our dinner experience, however was sub par. One item, the burger was very good. The steak served as steak frites was too chewy and the fatty edge was not caramelized at all. Very unappetizing. The server offered to replace it but I declined and only ate 1/2. (I was only charged for 1/2). The spinach pasta with pork had good flavor, the pasta well prepared but the pork was mushy and seemed like the same pork labeled ‘carnitas’ on the brunch menu served as a hash) The charred cauliflower was more of a hot slaw with no sign of a char. Overall a disappointing visit.

We had an amazing brunch at Crown Republic. We shared losts of dishes and everything was amazing. Our server was lots of fun and did a fantastic job. We will go again and try other menus there.

Excellent food for dinner, brunch or breakfast. Been about 8 times and like to try a new dish every time and the bolognese was excellent. Front of house and waitress were excellent as well, kind, helpful, polite and professional. Thanks!

Food was decent. Kind of like a really nice diner in terms of quality. Service was mid. Meatballs were an amazing appetizer. Steak was tough and a lower quality cut. Fries came out stone cold.
