A fine balance between steak, seafood and plant-based cuisine, featuring ingredients from regional farms, ranches and the Gulf of Mexico. The Rare Steak program embraces a range of offerings that includes Prime Beef, Texas Wagyu, and Japanese A5 Wagyu and is complimented by a sushi and chilled seafood display, a dessert bar with pastry chefs in action, as well as signature craft cocktails and an extensive wine list.

It was very disappointing that the restaurant does not rotate anymore. With a static view, this is just an overpriced steakhouse with a limited menu serving average food.

For my family spending $500 the service was mediocre. And being on a Monday running out of specials looks really bad if you go to any high end restaurants, everything is always available. I had high expectation and I didn’t care how much I will spend that night. But with everything I didn’t want to spend any more money

I enjoyed my brunch at the Crown Block. The mimosa while you wait to the elevator ride to the top with the beautiful views of Dallas. The food taste fresh and good. The service and the staff was excellent.
