The Restaurant
Our main restaurant is modern with a lantern light ceiling which allows in plenty of natural light to flood in. A great piece of real architectural design. The restaurant boast some wonderful bespoke ironwork along with a vintage industrial feel . This restaurant offers a modern ambiance an ideal place to catch up with family and friends and enjoy our mouthwatering local dishes.

The Inn
The Inn is full of old world charm with little hidden nucks for dining. This restaurant is full of character and is used at lunch times primarily, but in the evenings, it offers a cosy ambiance lit by candle light ideal for a more casual approach to dining.

The Inn also offers an afternoon tea which is simply divine. Served between 2pm-5pm by prior bookings only.

The Bar and Snug is a relaxed and super cosy space sticking with the old charm of the Inn which this part of the building offers. It has an impressive wood burning stove and is dog friendly.

Booked a table. Table was ready. Service was Swift and staff friendly and welcoming. Fantastic choice of food. Portions are generous so we went for main courses. All were delicious and empty plates proved this at the end. Smaller portions were available and a small roast was enjoyed. One of the party was lactose intolerant and the waitress couldn’t be more helpful. Lovely choice of puddings, including lactose free choices. Very enjoyable evening and would thoroughly recommend.

Excellent food and service but why is it so difficult to book? We eventually had a table for 5.30 but the place was nearly empty! Tried to book for tonight and tomorrow night but again "fully booked"! So it's the Plough I'm afraid.

It’s was beautiful pub in & outside. Food was excellent but beer is expensive as everywhere else. Glad no tv was in the pub side or restaurant. Will visit again when travelling around.

The staff were very friendly, helpful with excellent service, and excellent food - The two and three course offer is very good value for money. Little extras make a difference, and it was good to have a decent and quality napkin, and nice cutlery and glassware. Clean and stylist decor inside and out. Will definitely return. Possible improvement - It is table etiquette to lay a fork with the desert spoon, making it easier to eat the puddings. Congratulations to all the staff!

Very varied menu. Starters were very large - the pate with damson chutney was fabulous! Busy hotel so advisable to book a table. Staff very friendly. Dogs made very welcome.
