Although we made a reservation well in advance, the hostess said she had no record of it. She was still able to seat us but it took a few minutes and we were not greeted for quite some time by a server. The food is good, but overpriced and takes a very long time. There is also not much menu selection. We ordered 2 appetizers and an entree and it was almost an hour before any food was brought to our table. The two tables next to us remained dirty and unbussed the entire time we were at the restaurant on a busy Saturday night which was surprising to me for an upscale hotel.

Food, drinks, Apple Fried Pie all very excellent. It’s Valet parking only at the Cloudland Hotel. Nice place to walk around before/after eating.

We had a very enjoyable experience! Trey was a wonderful waiter and everyone was so nice! The view was amazing as well.

If you want to sit outside, reserve the LEFT patio. Better view and shade.

The food was really good. We had the hush puppies, grouper bites, steak, and apple pie. Everything was great. We sat outside on the patio, there is plenty of shade and great atmosphere.

We had a wonderful dining experience here. The tuna and grouper bites are so good, and the views are amazing. Shout out to Savanna our sweet server. Everyone was so kind.

We dined on the patio on a Tuesday night while staying at the resort. The patio was great with wonderful views….the service was very good with dishes arriving in a timely manner and our server was very attentive…. We both had the smash burgers which were delicious. We forgo appetizers in order to have dessert which did not disappoint…the campfire chocolate chip banana bread pudding with ice cream was excellent….

I ordered the flank steak. They did not ask me how I wanted it cooked. When it was brought out it was medium rare, I cut it and bit into it but I couldn’t chew it. So I had to spit it out. I asked our waitress if she could cook it to medium temperature. She said yes, took my plate and cooked my steak to medium and brought it back. Once I got it back my side items, the potatoes and mushrooms were ice cold and my steak was cooked to medium but now it was so tough that a of it was not chewable besides the end pieces. I would not suggest eating this entrée.

We ate (and drank) at the bar several nights. Debbie the bartender was amazing—fun and the best bartender ever!!! Devon, the manager was great and runs a wonderful place!

A wonderful place for breakfast or lunch. We did not eat dinner there. The staff is outstanding - polite, professional, and showed a genuine interest in how they could meet our every request. We ate outside on the patio and it was lovely. If you stay at the McLemore Lodge or come simply for the food and the service you will love the Croft. We did.
