I booked a table for 8 at this restaurant, specifically requesting an outdoor seating area because we have kids and it would be too chaotic with two prams inside. Unfortunately, we were given the last available table, which was far too small for our group. When I approached the manager for assistance, she was extremely unprofessional and impolite. She dismissed our concerns, saying she had “other things to worry about” and even joked about not wanting to work on Father’s Day. Instead of trying to help, she actually suggested that we should find another restaurant! Her attitude was so upsetting that we decided not to respond and just left. This was our first Father’s Day as a family, and it turned into the worst experience. I’m deeply disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience, especially on a special occasion.Cet avis est-il utile ?

Unfortunately , for the first time, the food was disappointing. I invited my friend for lunch telling her how amazing the food is at Criniti’s and couldn’t disagree more. We asked for the mushroom from the entrees, it was overcooked and hardly could find a mushroom on my plate. Haloumi bruschetta: the bread was dried, and unflavoured. The service was great as always, but I can’t recommend the place anymore as it was embarrassing.Cet avis est-il utile ?

Sadly this was the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. Mother’s Day lunch was ruined, we left after the entrée as there was not enough food for the amount of people dining, our 1m pizza was substituted to 2 large round pizza’s without informing us. All the tables around us were dealing with the manager and raising multiple complaints. I knew where this was heading so offered to pay full price for what we received and leave. The manager tried to charge me full price for the set menu and offered to discount the drinks we purchased. Absolutely terrible experience will never be back nor will I recommend to others. For a business that claims to be family oriented, they completely ruined my family’s experience by over booking, under staffing and under delivering what was promised.Cet avis est-il utile ?

Terrible experience. Took the wife there last night for Valentines having made a reservation. I had to wait in a long queue outdoors for almost half an hour with no one from the restaurant updating people in the queue on what’s going on. After finally making it in, we placed our order and asked for water which was only served more than 10mins later after numerous follow ups: We then waited over 1 hour for the food. Most people there were extremely frustrated on the long wait time. Table next to us had been waiting close to 2 hours and had not received their ordered food. Every customer there looked disappointed and frustrated. They have crammed so many tables closely together and ushered in so many people when they didn’t even have the staff resources to accomodate then in a timely manner. Crinitis is a high end restaurant and given menu prices are premium one would expect a reasonably decent service. There seems to be no system or organisation in place at all. It was chaos. Customers complaining constantly to the waiters and manager. Very negative ambience. I strongly advise against dining at Crinitis Brighton le Sands.Cet avis est-il utile ?
