I went with my wife for our anniversary. I made the reservation a month in advance, and OpenTable suggested an outdoor table since the lake view is the main attraction, and we were excited about that. When we got there, they told us it was available, but the staff wasn’t very friendly when they mentioned it.

Great burger. Friendly service. Disappointing that they weren’t serving by the creek. They allowed some jerk to run an online business meeting in the dining room which was ridiculous.

Wonderful experience for our 24th Wedding Anniversary. Gourmet food - the filet mignon and shrimp entrees were both delicious as well as the chocolate mousse cake and almond butter cake. We also enjoyed having Cheyenne (sp?) as our server, as she was both friendly and attentive. One disappointment was that we reserved outdoor seating that they have by Oak Creek, but they said it was unavailable due to some work going on

If you’re in Sedona this is a must try!! The location is so beautiful. The staff is wonderful and the ambiance is great. Food amazing!

Beautiful setting but my husband paid $27 for a breakfast of 4 strips of bacon, 2 slices of toast, and a small, mediocre bowl of fruit. I had the French toast which was good, but not $26 good. Love the scenery, but the very slow service and overpriced food just not worth it.

The Chilaquiles had zero Chorizo on it…… Consisted of tortilla chips with ranchero sauce on them topped with 2 eggs. A little disappointing. My husband had the traditional breakfast and it looked great. Service and setting was awesome.

We arrived 10 minutes early for a lunch reservation for 2 and were immediately sat by the creek. Unfortunately this was the highlight of the experience. We sat for 20 minutes without acknowledgment. During this time we noticed a server casually eating a bag of chips in the bar area. I wish we’d had some chips. We hiked 2 hours that morning and were hungry! I eventually got up to ask if we had a server. About 5 minutes later a waiter came to take our order. Drinks arrived fairly quickly, the appetizer took 20 minutes, and the entre 20 more minutes after that. The tiger shrimp was mixed between cooked and raw. Hamburger was undercooked. The soup and salad were fine, French fries were great. Food was not the level we expected from reviews. When the check came the server said we would only be charged for drinks. We appreciated the recognition we had a bad experience. It would have been better if a manager ensured customers were served timely. From the time we were seated to leaving was 1 hour and 45 minutes. The view is nice, but marred by the experience. Food was also overpriced. The valet team was outstanding. I hate leaving negative reviews for a service industry. Hopefully it was just a bad day for our table. It if a manager reads this maybe they will find an opportunity to avoid this for future diners.
