Credence is a South Texas, ranch-inspired upscale restaurant with a focus on live-fire cooking. Chef and two-time James Beard Award-nominated restaurateur Levi Goode's inaugural concept promises a culinary exploration of Texas through his unique perspectives on the region's food, people, culture, and the culmination of a lifetime of stories.

The parking situation seems crazy. A million spots available but you cant park in any of them! Tenants need to become friends.

Run, don’t walk, to Credence! From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. We kicked things off with cocktails, and I highly recommend the Red Headed Stranger—it was delicious! For starters, we enjoyed the deviled crabs and monkey bread, both of which were incredible. For the main course, we shared the Wagyu cowboy ribeye paired with twice-baked potatoes, and they were so, so good. Dessert was equally impressive; we had the Bundt cake, which was very tasty. They even have a 20-year tawny port that’s not listed on the menu, which was a nice surprise. The ambiance was fantastic, with an open kitchen and live fire that added to the experience. Service was exceptional as well—Walter did a phenomenal job. The only small area for improvement would be the limited selection of red wines by the glass. There was only one California cab, which was just okay. Overall, we can’t wait to go back!

Excellent atmosphere, food, service and noise level was so good. We had a table of 5 and even with a very busy room and loud music we could still all hear each other talk. The donuts are sublime and the Eggs Benedict melts in your mouth. Service is helpful, professional and appear when you need them even when you didn’t know you needed them. Cannot praise this place enough - brunch two weeks in a row, I will be a regular here for sure. 🩵

Service was good. Waitress was really nice. You’re definitely paying for the ambiance. Food was OK nothing special. I’d spend the money elsewhere. Probably won’t be back.

Crab on the half shell, ceaser salad, crab rice, wild snapper with interesting side of green beans and snow peas and arugula with peppers and delicious light dressing. Plus the dry aged ribeye. All delicious!

Waiter was excellent. Food selection and preparation as just ok. Ambiance is very nice but management heavy staff does take something away from it. Speak easy is even more extreme. Pay for a reservation to spend money after spend on a nice dinner?

Yes, the service is excellent and the food is delicious. While I am a big fan of Goode and Co., I believe the menu is way overpriced. $34 for shrimp and pasta (what you call BBQ shrimp) is ridiculous. I can make it much better and cheaper at home. And $16 for a piece of chocolate cake--yes, it is a generous portion--is too much money. Perhaps you are catering to people staying in the nearby hotel on expense accounts. I am not sure. Anyway, I wish your restaurant nothing but success.
