We hold large dining events exclusively on Thursdays and are developing high-quality products for the retail market. We source our crayfish in bulk from responsible trappers and turn them into a unique range of products.

No one knows crayfish like Crayfish Bob. Bob's been trapping and cooking the UK's invasive American Signal crayfish for over 15 years. Our Thursday Crayfish Boils are LEGENDARY!

Tickets are still available from August 8th - October 10th** Originating in the Deep South, a crawfish boil is a cultural food event that brings friends and families together to enjoy delicious food and celebration. Crayfish Bob is bringing this Cajun and Creole tradition to London with his legendary series of Crawfish Boils at Gosnells Bermondsey Bar from June to October. Indulge in crawfish, Kielbasa, potatoes, corn on the cob, and Bob's authentic spice mix while enjoying live music and a free welcome drink. Experience the flavors and sounds of the Cajun and Creole culture in an immersive and festive setting.
