Had sushi, the rolls were cut super thin which caused them to fall apart when picking them up. Didn’t get a whole lot for the money. Seemed like a prime example of shrinkflation. Chicken Rosa however was very good.

When we visited, the large space was still open. We preferred to sit a little farther from the other guests.

Thought the sever was great. Food was good, slightly above average. But, 4 people, 1 drink each, one appetizer and the bill was $230. The worst part, there is a line item on the bill marked “Surcharge, 4.95%.” I asked what this was, and was told “it is how we deal with inflation, instead of printing new menus, we just use that to raise prices. Well, be a courtesy thing to your customers to maybe inform them of this before hand. I likely won’t be back, there are other places in town that have as good or better food for less or the same $$. Server was fantastic, so at least there was that.

We love this restaurant and have dined there before. Our waiter was outstanding, friendly yet professional at the same time. He paced our meal in an liesurly manner so that we had plenty of time to dine and talk without courses piling up on our table. In Rochester, that is rare and we appreciated it and tipped accordingly. Crave has an extensive Vegan Vegetarian menu that is treated with respect by the chefs at Crave. The food is delicious, well prepared and hearty. All their dishes, Veg or not is done well. I only have a small complaint. The Crave salad is supposed to be mixed greens but was all spinach, and clearly out of a bag. I find that lazy in that this time of year there are tons of fresh greens available locally. Overall though, Crave in Rochester is excellent.
