This is a hotel restaurant. The menu sounds great but the food was lacking in flavor. The chopped salad was not chopped. The food was average. Shrimp scampi was huge but lacked flavor. The baked penne was served too hot and the shrimp scampi was cold. The view of the lake was nice.

Food was very good and reasonably priced. Waitress needs to learn to bring salads before entree and check in on guests more often.

Enjoyed another delightful time last night at Crafted in the Ridge Hotel. Our server was friendly and helpful. Fish Fry with potato pancakes, apple sauce and cole slaw was delicious. (French Fries were an option.) Ambiance is lovely..classy but comfortable. View down thru the trees to Lake Como was limited...but scenic.

This place is a hidden gem. We ate there last year and loved it, so we went back this year. Excellent food and service. Awesome unique Italian menu. We tried almost everything and loved it all. We're going back on Friday to try their fish fry too.

The service is always great. Drinks are always made perfectly. We always get our requested window seat, food is always good although portions could be bigger.. very nice place.

Wine dinner reservations were handled improperly with resulting awkwardness in seating. Not enough seats for the number of people. Wait service was great as was the food and wine. Management did a poor job of taking care of reservation mixup. Set up of room and tables was poorly thought out.

The prime rib special for $42 a person was horrible. Very tough cut tasteless. Not good at all. Server was great offered free drink or desserts. Would not recommend the prime rib dinner waste of money

Great service from Ethan. Good portions and my wife’s shrimp scampi was tremendous and my bolognese was great.
