Just WOW! Can't believe how good this was. Heirloom salad was unbelievably good, my Prime NY Strip was incredible. My wife's Snapper was equally good. It wasn't busy, so hoping it catches on. Can't wait to go back with the family!

Really enjoyed our date night. Had high expectations and they were met and exceeded. Great for all occasions. Lobster bisque, fresh sour dough with homemade butter and Hawaiian seat salt were excellent. The smoked chicken and cocktails were top notch. Enjoy these food pics

Excellent food and the service for our group of 10 was fantastic. Creative presentation of the food and the taste was amazing. Will definitely go back.

Truly great experience. We travelled 30 minutes to get there and would do it again in a minute. The drinks were excellent and the food was even better. Poached Lobster and Snapper were prepared to perfection. And we finished up with the Mango Cheesecake. Compliments to Matt the chef and his staff . Finally thank you to our waitress Jennifer, great with suggestions and the perfect amount of attention. We’ll be back soon.

Crafted has the potential to be great. Went for birthday, noted on OpenTable reservation, but got no recognition. Food for all courses was beautifully plated and decently portioned, however desert missed the mark. Bananas foster crepe missed the mark due to flambe sauce being not fully cooked out so it was swimming in the alcohol, like wise chocolate pate was warm but probably would have been better cold for texture purposes, but all other food was really flavorful and great. The issue I took was the price point of the restaurant to me doesn't deliver on experience. Wine glasses were spotty, silverware felt low quality and spotty. Had 830 reservation, restaurant closed at 10, 1015 or 1030 as we waited for desserts music was cut off and replaced by someone's hip hop play mix. Restaurant was empty the whole time we were there on a Friday night and no table touch by management. Again dinner came to $160+ which can be comparable to a Ruth Chris or Ocean Prime. While the food is of the same quality, and again I stress the food was REALLY good, the overall experience and ambiance would have been much better at one of the recently noted chains. In my opinion, fix the small issues and push to compete with the big chains or retool to bring you price point and ambiance to something more tooled to the local area.

The food is absolutely fantastic here and you won't be disappointed with the culinary experience. It was a slow night so the restaurant felt a little cold and uninspiring.

We made reservations for Valentine's Day and were excited looking at the menu we saw online. However, once we were seated we were handed a pre-fixed menu we had no idea about for $79 p/p. I wanted to walk out but I figured hey we are here now let's make the best of it. The service was ok, a bit slower than usual for a restaurant with not a lot of patrons dining. I can admit the lobster bisque was really good, but the rest of our meal was not great at all. You would think for a meal of $200+ the food would have been much much better. The atmosphere was ok, our table was right next to the kitchen so we experienced a lot of traffic in and out by our table. We won't be back, it wasn't worth the money at all.

We did not have a good experience. The server seemed like a very nice person who should have been a host not a server. it took 15 mins to get water! We finally received salads after 1 hr 10 min. It felt like they weren't ready. More training. More practice.

The hostess who sat us informed us on our way to the table that Crafted was now a "Fine Dining" restaurant. We had been excited about having a local Fine Dining establishment and had sat at the bar at Crafted on 2 other occasions and we were pleased with the drinks and service. However, dinner at Crafted was a totally different experience. It was Valentine's Day and we had brought our own special bottle of wine. It took at least 15 minutes to get our cocktails. When we had drinks at the bar before, they were good drinks. The drinks we got that night were poor. I had an Old Fashioned and my husband a whiskey sour, both with good bourbons. The Old Fashioned was ok, the whiskey sour was made with an awful sour mix. We then asked the server to open our wine and she took the wine away! I guess she was nervous about opening it so had taken it to her manager who we then saw take the bottle back into the services stand. She then appeared with a decanter. She struggled to cut the capsule then was not sure how properly decant it. When paying a $30 corking fee I expect the person doing the uncorking, especially a manager, to know how to do a Wine Service. I don't know if the server was too busy or just didn't understand what a Fine Dining experience is supposed to be but it took some time to get our food ordered. She never refilled our wine. We did it ourselves. Of course, that's easy enough to do but we have dined often at other fine dining places the service is a big part of the experience. Crafted service was the worst ever. We were there 3 hours because of the slow service. Thankfully, the food, especially the mushroom soup, saved our night from being a total disaster. Also, the live music, a trumpet and a keyboard player, filled the hours with wonderful music. We will not be returning to this restaurant under the current ownership. Sad too. We were really hoping for a restaurant with high quality steaks and services to come to Clermont.

The soup and steak were decent but the entire experience was awful. The service was incredibly slow, drinks were just ok and the ambiance of the place was not great. I was expecting a lot more and was extremely disappointed. And for only having 2 drinks some soup and a couple 6 ounce steaks it was still $300 for 2 of us. My recommendation: Dont go here if you can help it.
