Drawing upon the rich history of Milwaukee’s craftsmanship we present, Craft. The history of Milwaukee dates to the early 17th and 18th centuries when traders first began to travel through and eventually settle in what is now Milwaukee. Deep European roots brought craftsmen and skilled hands to the area and to this day an ethic of hard work and determination inhabits the spirit of the city. Early on the area was full of coopers, butchers, shoemakers, and farmers. Milwaukee’s beer history started in the 1840’s, driven by the presence of the frontier settlement near the Great Lakes. Immigrants, including Welsh and German settlers, yearned for the native beers of their homelands, so they embarked on making delicious craft beer with techniques from their native countries. Craft features a cuisine including locally sourced foods, hand crafted cocktails, and a vast selection of local beer.

Lively spot before events at the Fiserv Forum across the street. Regular and craft cocktails, wide beer selection, and good mostly pub type food at a decent price.

I always love the Brussel sprout salad, of which it did not disappoint. The fun surprise was the smoked Manhattan…delicious. Great experience with great service. I can’t wait to go back.

The food itself was fine, not a lot of options and a little overpriced. However, the service was some of the worst we’ve ever had. Our server rarely came by and was not very friendly when she did. Both our pork chop and steak was severely undercooked and when we asked for her to take it back to be cooked to a safe temperature, she had a hard time understanding this simple yet serious request, even when we showed her completely raw pork. It then took over 15 minutes to have our food returned. How does it take that long to cook food to a safe temperature after it’s been sent back? After a few hours, both my husband and I started feeling sick which resulted in us leaving the concert we attended early. We were celebrating an anniversary so our poor choice in restaurant unfortunately ruined our evening. I would not recommend eating here.

1st time there. Wanted to grab something to eat before the game. 10/10 And the Raspberry Lemon Drops..... BOMB! Hailey was out waitress, she definitely played a role in ensuring I will be back.

The food was very good. Burger was excellent. Salmon with garlic mashed potatoes is very good. They are very busy so the service is a little slow but not bad. Lots of energy. Cool setting.
