CRAFTkitchen in Henderson, Las Vegas, known as a popular local brunch spot is now featuring dinner. This After Hours restaurant experience is in the newly expanded area with full bar. It now offers guests carefully selected wines and a curated cocktail program. The dining room is spacious and open. It is decorated with a combination of wood table, bar, and booth seating, trendy brick and contemporary artwork with hanging plants. Menu items include freshly baked focaccia stuffed with ricotta, polenta tots, fresh papparadelle short rib pasta, miso glazed seabass, crispy pork belly lettuce wraps, chimichurri steak, and Chef Blinn's classic warm butter toffee cake.

The server was rude. Food came before drinks. Sea bass was small but nice and the book chit was tiny and wilted.

The food was good, but since it was a’la cart ….the whole thing became bit pricey for me. We had cream brûlées for dessert…not a fan. Usually the top would be a bit warm, but the inside would nice and soft. This one was completely ice cold. Anyway, the service was excellent.

As you’re guided to your table, the welcoming smile of the host makes you feel instantly at ease, signaling that you're in for a memorable evening. The table is elegantly set, with gleaming silverware, spotless glasses, and crisp linens. Your server approaches with a genuine friendliness, ready to guide you through the menu. Their knowledge of the dishes and enthusiasm for the chef’s creations ignite a sense of excitement and curiosity. As the appetizers arrive, you’re struck by the artful presentation. Each dish is a masterpiece, almost too beautiful to eat. The first bite is exquisite: a harmony of textures and flavors that dance on your palate. Each course that follows builds on this experience. The main course, a tender cut of meat cooked to perfection, is paired with vibrant, creamy corn and asparagus vegetables that add a pop of color and flavor. This has always been my favorite place to brunch with friends and now their dinner menu has taken it to the next level. The food is so fresh and delish! Plan on coming back again and again….

We have been going to Craft Kitchen for their brunch for years and were so excited to visit them during dinner. The new layout was gorgeous with plenty of space at each table. Will and Gigi helped us throughout the night and were both phenomenal. We had two cocktails to start the night- the Gigi and the Black Bear-y. Both delicious and would recommend. We had two appetizers- the Crab Cakes and the Caesar. Both were a great portion for two people, fresh, and tasted amazing. For dinner we had the Ravioli, the Steak, and Smashed Potatoes. All around a hit, everything was beyond expectations. We finished with night caps- The Girly Pop and a Carajillo. Fantastic way to end the night. Everything was fantastic, the service, ambiance, drinks, and dinner. Would definitely recommend and we are excited to go back soon.

This was our second visit for dinner. We enjoyed the sliders and steak. The service was great and the food was delicious.

Excellent service, wonderful ambiance and delicious food. My only complaint is the chairs are absolutely the most uncomfortable chair I have ever been seated in.

The music is too loud. The food portions are very small for the price. The servers don’t communicate. I ordered a drink with one. 5 minutes later another server asked for our drink order. I was so looking forward to this dinner and left deflated. Stick with breakfast and lunch. Dinner is no good.
