CRAFTkitchen in Henderson, Las Vegas, known as a popular local brunch spot is now featuring dinner. This After Hours restaurant experience is in the newly expanded area with full bar. It now offers guests carefully selected wines and a curated cocktail program. The dining room is spacious and open. It is decorated with a combination of wood table, bar, and booth seating, trendy brick and contemporary artwork with hanging plants. Menu items include freshly baked focaccia stuffed with ricotta, polenta tots, fresh papparadelle short rib pasta, miso glazed seabass, crispy pork belly lettuce wraps, chimichurri steak, and Chef Blinn's classic warm butter toffee cake.

The food was wonderful and so was our server. The problem we had was with the management. When we arrived they could not find our reservation, even though I pulled it up on the open table app to show them. The manager came over to tell me there was nothing he could do for us because he couldn't find our reservation on his end and he had already done all the seating for the night. We should have just walked out at that point and not given them our business, but we were celebrating a birthday and were looking forward to trying the dinner at Craft (as we frequent the restaurant for breakfast and lunch). We pushed back on him and so all he offered was to squeeze the 6 of us at a table for 4, but all the time acting like we were the problem. You would think you would be overly apologetic for a situation like this, but instead he acted like he wanted us to leave. We live close by and had been wanting to try Craft dinner for a while now, but the way this manager handled our situation was just so awful it makes us never want to go there again.

We visited Craft Kitchen for the first time for dinner on a Saturday night, our table was for five, and we all enjoyed our meals. The staff were great and such a beautiful decor. Certainly reminded me of my hometown, California vibe!

Service and food were great. I had been to Craft Kitchen a number of times for lunch, this was my first time for dinner. The food was delicious and nicely presented. Will definitely be going back.

The burrata salad was delicious. The mushroom risotto was wonderful. The salmon special was a favorite. The roasted carrots were good as well; don’t let the Greek yogurt turn you away, sea bass was flaky and tasty although the sauce was a little sweet.

A fantastic meal - the wedge salad was incredible. I had the flat iron steak and it was a 10/10 - divine! My mother had the Pappardelle and it was superb. Price point was perfect as well.

Loved it, service was excellent, food was amazing, atmosphere ambience was wonderful. Great place for a date night. Truly enjoyed dinner and would highly recommend to anyone. Definitely will be going back soon for dinner and also brunch.

Excellent meal and service. it was very slow on a Sat night at 5:30. Burrata salad and rigatoni were delicious. Meatballs were okay, 5 medium sized with fresh ricotta

Their dinner is worth every penny! If you didn't know they do dinner, now you do so there is no excuse not to book this reservation ASAP! The crafted cocktails are insane. The food is out of this world and can rival ANY restaurant on the the strip. You will not be sorry. And don't skip dessert, their specials are incredible! BOOK IT! You won't be sorry. :)

Everything was outstanding. The best dinner I have had in a long time. This restaurant is THE restaurant for the most amazing food, delicious cocktails, great atmosphere, terrific staff, etc. You guys rock. A+

The server was rude. Food came before drinks. Sea bass was small but nice and the book chit was tiny and wilted.
